Gila Hogs BBQ

Gluten free eater. I love the atmosphere here. Clean and just seemed laid back. It wasn't too busy when we got there and the server told us how the process worked. We order at the front and then get our drinks, sauces, table numbers and find a seat. They have a decent meat selection. My husband got the brisket. I got the rye burger , no hun, with fries. The good came out pretty quick. The brisket was decent. It doesn't have much flavor alone. My husband liked the mustard BBQ. He got sweet potato fries. My burger was well done. The cheese was not adding much to the burger. The green chili was okay. The onions were good. The server did not know if the fries had wheat on them (they looked beer battered but she said they weren't). She asked the chef and he wasn't sure about the fries. We switched fries and I really enjoyed the sweet potato fries. Overall I'm glad to see some new options in town and it was pretty decent food. I will be back.

The atmosphere is pretty cool, city industrial decorated with spray paint designs. Very bright and clean. Service was quick and staff is pleasant. We got the brisket, burnt ends, fries, and cheese curds and everything is very good! The white, yellow, hot, and original sauces add some fun variety as well.
