go to juice spot for years. convenient location, friendly staff & online ordering available. i like to order online which makes it a breeze. if i ever have to wait i like that it's nearby GNC & Sprouts to spend time in. i recommend all their juices, can't go wrong and to order with no ice for more juice!

The first time I had an acai bowl was in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and it was like a flavor fiesta in my mouth! Since, these fruity wonders have been spreading across the U.S., shaking up the food scene. I went for the Peanut Butter Acai Bowl, which was good, but it didn't quite hit the mark like the ones I've elsewhere. While the service was solid, the vibe was a bit meh When I strolled in, I felt like I stumbled into a silent movie - No one was at the counter, and seemed like the employees were hiding in the back. Where were the greetings and tunes? Come on, let's amp up the acai experience!

Healthy stuff but their service is extremely slow. They are not staffed to be efficient at all. you can wait up to 35 min for them to finish your order if they're behind. that's unacceptable.

the açaí bowls here are SO GOOD and you can tell the produce is fresh! the ladies (i've never seen a male employee) are so nice and their customer service is great!

This place is sooooo good! There is only one other açaí place I liked to go to but it is far from where I live. I saw this place and the reviews on the bowls sounded great so I gave it a shot. It reminds me of the place I just mentioned. Everything is so fresh and delicious. This is my new açaí place!

I've been here many times and Genuine Fresche always delivers the goods. I love their chocolate peanut butter bowl. The small size it's a very satisfying snack, or the medium size can be a lunch meal. A break from the other typical lunch spots. The smoothies are also great. The staff is always friendly.

Rude AND slow service ?! How can you be both?! Juices are watered down, bland icy açaí bowl... passssSad because this place is the only smoothie/juice bar in this area. So I gave it 2 stars for location..

Delicious açaí bowls my favorite is the "just açaí" basic with strawberries, bananas, blueberries and oats with honey. Friendly staff with great customer service. I would definitely recommend.

First time was great. Second time I went it seemed like they had got new staff who didn't now what they were doing. My order took a long time and most of the fruit in it was still frozen

My go to place for fresh juice, always friendly quick service. Although the vibe felt a little stagnant. I would suggest if employees are using the dining area they should remain friendly while in uniform.
