Fuzziwigs Candy Factory

They had Tangy Laffy Taffy here! It was a childhood favorite of mine. I like to get one every once in a great while and share it with my girls. A sweet treat with my sweeties and less guilt. We have also enjoyed Jelly Belly jellybeans, Runts banana and strawberry. If we bring the neighbor kids they get a bag of all sorts of goodies. They even carry crickets, scorpions and bamboozled jelly beans for all you dare devils.They also carry some collectible fun stuffed animal and popular character gifts as well. We have never had any issues and the employees are always kind. They are pricey, but everything is now and they pay mall rent so I expect it. Its always fun getting a treat when you are craving something sweet.

My daughter and I went here, and the clerk lady was somewhat curt with us. Anyway, we chose our candy and she was crystal clear that whatever we put into the bulk bags we had to buy (which makes sense because you can't easily put bulk candy back). However, we asked her for a subtotal and she wasn't willing to! We got a big eye-roll; it was clear we'd have to add it up ourselves. So my daughter borrowed my phone and added up her purchases.The lady started ringing up my items, then said it'd be $70! I'm like, "There's no way this ads up to $70. It is about $42". Then she said "Well, the machine says it's $70!". And I said "Well, it's not correct." By now, someone was waiting behind us. The lady was visibly annoyed, and said "So now I have to ring it all up again?" The next people only wanted to buy two small items. The lady rudely asked my daughter to pick up her purchases from the counter. The lady was trying to SCAM us, by charging an extra $30 (almost double). I put all the toys back, after confirming they truly did add up to only $42 (and not $70). I paid for the $23 in bulk candy, and left. We will likely not shop here again.

Stale candy!!! All I wanted was blue raspberry Coke bottles and after I bought them and left, one bite and it was so hard to rip off. I also got other sour gummy candies and they were hard too. No wonder they posted a sign that said,"all sales are final" by the cash register. This place was great years ago but now it's just horrible. I paid almost $10 for a bag of stale candy...

I came here with my 3 year old daughter to buy candy and this uninviting employee with fish net stalkings on was making out with some guy in front of all the customers on an extremely busy Saturday following Christmas. When we bought candy she didn't even seem pleased to be there. I think she was just ready to be off so she could take her relationship to the next level. When I left the store I called the store and she unenthusiasticly answered the phone mumbling, "fuzziwigs" I asked to speak to a manager which she said gets in at 4. So I called back at 4, and spoke to a "manager." The weird thing is that the "manager" seemed like he really didn't care. All he said was "I'll talk to her about that." Nothing else. So for all I know i was probably talking to her boyfriend. I'm definitely going to be following up with the owners or corporate. Very inappropriate to be doing this in a candy store where a majority of customers are children.

Expensive and the candy is nasty. My children won't eat most of it. Definitely skip it

While the prices are somewhat steep for bulk candy, that was not my main issue with this candy store. Both clerks were extremely rude, did not greet customers, and one responded to a question I had about a product with a bored grunt. When the card reader malfunctioned and told me to remove my card, the other clerk patronizingly scolded me as though I was too stupid to use a card reader. Both clerks just stood there avoiding eye contact as I waited for my receipt, and only begrudgingly got a bag out for me when I asked for one. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. The employees here don't have anywhere near the appropriate demeanor for someplace that's supposed to be fun, like a candy store.

i got a green jelly fruit expecting that shit to be green apple but it tasted like grape

Very rude & overly priced. As I was getting my candy, I asked them to see how much it was. It already was at $5 for just a half scoop of hard gummy bears but I kept a smile on my face and continued with my purchase. When I handed them my card the young man said I don't have enough and that I owe 9¢. I told him I recently got paid and that there's at least $200 in my account but, he was still very rude. I don't even think he worked there because he was sitting on the counter talking to the actual lady worker and also texting. I asked if I could just take the candy because it is just 9¢ and VERY hard but the man told me no. I understand I couldn't take it but come on people! It's hard and old. I just needed a little sugar to help me through the day but I guess I can't do that without a worker (or whatever he was) being rude and having to spend a large amount of money on a half scoop of gummy bears.
