Do not hesitate booking a dinner party or a pool side service with Tory and James! The food was out of this world , our poolside drinks were served to us in fresh pineapples and coconuts and they even added little extra touches with fresh flowers to the table! Love them!!!!

From start to finish our Fuse Dining Concepts 5-course experience was nothing short of spectacular. James and Tory hosted us in their beautiful home and created a fabulous personalized Spanish dinner experience. From the gorgeous table setting to the 5-star food, every detail was thoughtfully crafted and executed. My guests and I are still raving about it months later! Highly recommend Fuse Dining Concepts and cannot wait to book with them again!

Very personable and professional team, that knows what they are doing. Extremely reasonable on price for the level of customer service we received. Excellent communication with James from start to finish. They were very acommodating on our food and drink selections for each guest. Coordinated table settings and floral arrangements to match the color palette of wedding. James put our minds at ease from our first conversation and followed through on every last detail. They catered our wedding dinner party for fourteen in a small intimate setting at our VRBO. The initial plan was to set up outside but a cold snap changed that. They were quick to change their plans, showed up early and pulled off a beautiful set up inside which looked amazing. The dinner was not only beautiful but the food was delicious. Drinks, appetizers, main course and dessert were all perfectly prepared and promptly served. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. They truly could not have done any better.

James and Tory took excellent care of our team on our first offsite. From pre-event communication, to presentation and of course, the delicious meals themselves. The detail and care they put into their service was beyond our expectations.First most, the moment they arrived at the venue, I had every ounce of confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing. I've rarely seen their level of ability to read the room before with any professional service.We had a range of requirements: hor d'ouvres style platters, buffet breakfasts, lunches and a high-end dinner course too. The team at Fuse Dining Concepts took these requirements, considered the venue at which they were to serve us in and created a most magical AND unique experience out of every single meal time. I would particularly like to mention their patience and kindness when taking care of us - they went above and beyond the call of duty and was highly professional at all times.I would recommend James and Tory in a heartbeat to anybody/team looking for the best caterers in AZ. Catered a 80's theme 50th birthday party and provided the highest value for the money. They even made sure their tables were decorated in line with our decorations. The food, cake, and bar service were all amazing and everything was cooked on site and everyone loved. I have never been asked to provide detail on a caterer to guest like i got from the people that attended this event. James provided excellent service and was very easy to work with.

Incredible & Delicious Experience James set up a stunning/intimate, dining experience (twice) while Tory cooked beautiful, and delicious meals for all of us. I am a Pescatarian, so Tory cooked a beautiful piece of halibut for me for dinner. A Dinner Party & a fabulous Sunday Brunch! James and Tory are incredible Chefs and Designers. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a very special time. It was creative and executed to perfection. The detail in the food, wine pairings and table-scapes were right out of H&G Magazine (we took Lots of pics) If you are in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area or somewhere else, and are planning a special event, check them out! Recently hired this team for a brunch party and could not be happier with the outcome. The presentation of the table was beautifully done and the food was delicious. If you are looking to entertain family or friends and want to enjoy time with your guests rather than be stuck in the kitchen, I would highly recommend this team.
