Well over a decade with Dr Shreder, and can wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice. He handles my airline captain medical every six months, has treated several conditions, and even birthed my two children. Well, handled all the international adoption medical certifications complete with examinations and notary seals. I respect his expertise and enjoy his insights. Highly recommended.

Not what I mentioned about supplier not supplying for interns. I meant some of my supply, that what I paid for, to be used on me.. that what is used for others!If I paid for the full amount, I should get the full amount, it should not be given to someone else!

I've been using Full Circle Health (Aviation Medical Solutions) for my Pilot physicals for many years. One doesn't normally use the same Doctor as both their AME and PCP, but I have 100% faith and trust in Dr. Eric Shreder for all my medical needs. He is personable, highly professional and nearly always on time. He listens, asks questions and provides expert care and advice. This is no patient factory. The facility, staff and level of care are top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Shreder for any pilot.

Have been seeing Dr. Shreder for my aviation medicals since I was a senior in high school. I refuse to see anyone else in the valley! It has always been a great experience with him and the office staff. For my visits, he has always been on time and incredibly personable. Scheduling is easy, especially now that you can do it online. Would definitely recommend to pilots of all ages!

This office used to be the absolute best.How you can go from first to worst I haven't t slightest clue. Though, I can say I used to see Dr Frye before he parted ways. I don't know if it's a coincidence but since he left it has been awful.They don't answer the phone. Ever.If you leave a message, it falls into a black hole and they don't call back until after repeated attempts. If you're lucky.I needed a prescription refill. That's all. Just a refill. They said we need to see you. Okay fine. If you needed to see me, perhaps you should've called me to schedule the appointment a month prior to my meds running out. Instead I had to call you. Strike one.So then I let them know I've been out of meds for two days at this point. They say they will refill my prescription but I need to come in. No problem. I go in the next day. Mind you my insurance changed and I had to do a cash pay. $100. Still not a problem. I understand.They said they would provide a supply prior to the appointment. Again, nope. Strike two.After the appointment they would certainly refill the prescription right? Wrong again. Strike three.It's been three days since my appointment and I still do not have a refill. (It has now been ONE WEEK since calling them about the refill.) The pharmacy still hasn't heard from them. Added bonus, they prescribed a one off med after my visit. Can you guess if that prescription has been sent to the pharmacy? It hasn't.I leave another message for the black hole. No response.What the eff am I supposed to do? Go without my meds? Drive over there? Chew them out?I had to make an appointment with another office for two weeks out. So I get to be unwell for two weeks because of their negligence and absolute lack of care.Go somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

I've been going to this office for atleast 10 years. During that whole 10 yrs they've changed providers on me multiple times and I stuck with the same office only because it was more convenient than finding a new provider. The turn over at this office is constant. You never see the same people or have any form of consistency. Today was when I finally had a enough. I had done fmla paperwork here every 6 months and always paid $30 dollars. Today they tried charging me $200 and were not willing to work with me at all. The office mgr came up and very bluntly said I had 2 options either pay the $200 or cancel appt even though it was obviously a recent change. She was very rude and did not offer any solutions. Doctors are stressful as it is and to have to go to an office you've gone to for years and be treated that way was insane to me. I will not be going back here and I caution anyone who likes to see consistency with their medical providers not to go this office.

Sarah DeRubeis is fantastic for the pellet therapy and all things related to women's health! The office itself is also run like a well-oiled machine in that it is organized, friendly, and efficient. So far, I have no complaints about any aspect of service/care I receive at Full Circle Health!

Love seeing Sarah here but the front desk girl with big eyelashes is extremely rude. I've almost decided to stop going here and look for somewhere else because of her. I talked myself out of it because I love Sarah. The girl that checks people in is extremely unfriendly and have overheard her laughing at patients for not losing weight. You'd think the first person you interact with at a place like this would be expected to have a better attitude. Also, if you are offering weight loss services, maybe don't talk negatively about patients where other patients can hear...

If I could rate them zero (0) stars I would. We were patients of Dr. Frye who left in the middle of the night and now they have released us as patients due to their scheduling. We have gone to Full Circle for years, but since COVID and their reduced schedule last year we did not need to schedule an office visit. NOW it is our fault for not coming in and we need to be scheduled with another nurse practitioner. Who it the client here? How about some customer service? Good riddance!!! I would not recommend this office for my animals.
