Froyona

Let me first say, the Froyo was good, and the topping selection was great. I have never tried the drinks or coffee there.Unfortunately... I will not return to this location. It was FILTHY. Every surface was dusty, sticky, and had not been cleaned. We took our daughter for a quick treat and couldn't let her play with the kids toys because of how dirty it was. The customer service was really disappointing as well. We had to go behind the counter in order to get the attention of one of the workers that were distracted in the back room. She barely even came out long enough for us to pay and disappeared the rest of the time we were there. I'm not one to write reviews for places, but what really turned me off was the fish tank. I'm so glad I saw it on my way out... I have attached a picture so hopefully the owners or other patrons will take consideration.

The lady working here was very friendly and provided us with samples of boba as we've never had it before. I got a mocha blast with the regular boba and it was amazing! My daughter got a mango milk tea with peach poppers....also very good. Customers can sanitize and wear gloves while getting yogurt, which we skipped on this trip. The atmosphere was very welcoming.

I had a frozen dessert craving. It could have been ice cream, frozen yogurt or a slushie. I wanted something. Froyana was the first "sweet" shop I passed when I left my house. I looked at the frozen yogurt selections, nothing stood out so I ordered a Chai Tea. I'm so glad I did. It was delicious! First sip I wish I would have ordered a bigger size. The owner was kind enough to give me a frequent customer card, 10 punches and a free dessert. I'll be a regular so I'll be sure to get my free dessert

Very tasty teas and drinks, the frozen yogurt is the same in my opinion as any other frozen yogurt (I'm an unfair judge though as I don't care much for FroYo but the wife and child like it and say it's a good Quality. I've never been somewhere with so many popping boba flavors before. And their flavored black teas are delicious. The smoothies are supposedly very delicious as well. They also have a stamp card system here.

I've lived in the area for about 2 years and have driven by so many times...finally stopped in the other night and was not disappointed! The frozen yogurt was delicious, with lots of flavors to choose from. Also a large selection of different toppings. Will be going back for more froyo and to try their BoBa teas!

Would give less than one star if possible due to the rude behavior of your staff. Your employee was very rude, had a bad attitude, and yelled at my daughter and her friends who were all going to purchase items but decided not to after this rude behavior. Due to the rude nature of your employee your business missed out on several sales and possible repeat customers. This is not the way to grow or maintain your business. Also she did not fairly enforce the "rules" to everyone and just singled out one girl while totally disregarding a different group. There is a polite way to let your customers know what your policies are without being rude, derogatory, or nasty. Will not be visiting your "establishment" anytime soon.

Honestly horribles. Total cost for two ice frozen yogurt was $26. Yet they only had four flavors and the flavors weren't end different , the flavors we got had an after taste after eating it a lot.

Me and my husband just came to this place to get a drink and because we were not going to pay for something they didn't HAVE we both get kicked out and told both of us not to come back here , they didn't wanna give us a refund ! I didn't see a sign saying "NO REFUNDS"! I will never step back in this spot and give them my business both those woman were rude as hell !!!!!! They wanted to take our picture and then call the police ( Like for what )

Love this place! I grab my favorite Thai Tea with Boba drink here all the time! Kids love all the toppings for the yogurt and I make sure they stick a cookie or two on there for mom :)Great place to have a small birthday party and hire a local balloon twister like LadyBalloon.com. Free venue, no clean up, no cleaning your house for a week before "everyone comes over".

I recently moved to San tan and found this to be basically the only boba place in town and it's amazing! I've tried MANY boba places all over Arizona and this one is my favorite. The drinks are so delicious and the staff are super friendly.
