Visited their truck at the Queen Creek Food Festival. Ordered the pull pork fries, and really liked it. First the pork was very tender, and burst with flavor. Second, the fries had it's moments also, and it with stood the BBQ sauce and did not get soggy. It was a great meal, and would like to see their truck there more often.

I'm leaving this as a 5 star review because I didn't try their food and I don't want to mess with their scoring but I think it is important to share that I was very excited to give them a try tonight.I instead gave other food trucks my business because they were wearing masks while I saw at least one if not multiple people not wearing masks while working this truck. They were by no means the only ones not wearing masks but I think that is kinda wild while we are still in a pandemic. Just food for thought for the owners. It might be a statement or just lack of care but it kept me from wanting to buy food from them so I don't know if it was worth it.

Let's start off with the positive, food flavor is solid, but the rating of a 3 is due to cost value per serving ratio (which seems to be a trend with food trucks - overpriced food for the meh food). In this case, had the serving size been relative to the price it would be a 4. I ordered a the Carne Asada fries with their habanero aioli. The flavor of the carne asada was pretty decent for not being at Mexican food place. Some pieces were a little on the overcooked side, but it tasted decent. The toppings and aioli were solid as well. Side note as in previous reviews I am a Mexican food snob some may think it's great, but for me it was decent just not enough to tell my mother she should fly out here to try. This is where i would give it a 4 star. Now lets talk about price. I should really be giving it an overall 2 star, but i think the flavor compensated enough for that extra star. I paid 11.00 for what would probably equate to a large fry at Wendy's when it comes to food quantity plus the toppings (not enough to call it a full lunch). The overall food value is just not there for this meal or should I say the size of a side item. The price should be between the 7 maybe 8 dollar range. I understand food cost and how restaurants operate and also understand there needs to be profit made. I also understand food trucks have a limited window to make money since they do not have a brick and mortar store to offset hours, but this is just ridiculous. We have trucks come through our office building 2x a week and it seems more and more of these trucks are charging for full price meals when really they are just appetizers. Needless to say: I tried it, It was decent, but it wasn't 11.00 great for me to pay again.

Great food, friendly and fast service. The carne asada fries were perfect and hit the spot just right. Can't wait until they come back to this side of town!

Great food truck with a creative menu. The name has always confused me, it doesn't really fit the theme but still a fun idea anyway. I love the Outbreak Fries and Wounded Kimchi Fries most. My favorite part (and the most important) is that the fries are always crisp and crunchy under the pile of toppings. There's nothing worse than getting a fry based dish and they're soggy. Keep up the great work!

So much flavor! Fries are hot and fresh but the topping are a must have. You think you have had fries and know what to expect, but BAM. Flavor!

I always try and hit these guys up when there at my local food truck gathering. By far the most creative and flavorful fries, tots and the such. Owner is nice as all get out.
