I have to say the customer service here is impeccable. I came here to purchase cigars for a Father's Day gift.I obviously know NOTHING about cigars. There was an amazing gentleman who asked all the right questions and was able to find me the perfect cigar! He also helped me find a nice bottle of whiskey and was able to compare it to their normal buy. They do have a bar area to drink and smoke. Not my cup of tea, but perfect for any gents who enjoy doing so. In the same plaza as Isabelle amors...

You have a fabulous selection of cigars. Aunt a very friendly staff. Always going to make a recommendation even to a seasoned veteran.The people that I've run into have always been friendly and interested in talking and hanging out. All in all, definitely worth a stop in a light

I have been ordering here for a while, so I decided to go in. Man, I am glad I did! I love it. The place is fantastic, and there's a beautiful selection in the humidor. The staff is great as well. I'm not good with names, but I will start remembering them so I can compliment them. The only little drawback is that they send someone into the humidor all the time. That's okay, I get it. But please make sure you send people in who have knowledge of every cigar, etc. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice, I just like to pick my cigars alone. For smoking, I prefer early, as it's usually pretty empty when they open. I love that. I can sit, relax, listen to a podcast, and enjoy my smoke.

Fox Cigar Bar remains my go-to spot for unwinding with a premium cigar and a well-crafted drink. I make it a point to visit at least once a week, and each time, I'm met with the same fun and friendly staff that make the experience even better. A while back, I mentioned wishing the place was slightly larger, and to my pleasant surprise, the Member's Lounge has been opened up to everyone. This expansion includes a pool table and extra seating, which adds to the laid-back vibe. While there's no bar in that section, it's just a quick walk through the patio to grab another drink or cigar from the main bar area.I typically order my cigars through Fox's online store and bring a couple with me for my visits. Occasionally, I'll change my mind and get something from their large, well stocked, walk-in humidor. Though I haven't had the chance to visit their Scottsdale location yet, it's on my list. While it's not as close as the Gilbert spot, I'm sure it offers the same top-notch selection and inviting atmosphere.

After reading the other reviews about outstanding customer service I think maybe I came in on an off day. Some coworkers and I came in on a Friday after work to have a drink and a cigar. It took forever to get the bartenders attention. The woman behind the bar just blatantly ignored us. We kept a card on file for our tab. Next day we see a second charge for $50 on our card from the place. When we call to ask about that they informed us that it's just a hold for opening a tab and as long as we closed our tab it would be refunded. We mentioned that should be something they tell us when we open the tab and the person on the phone said that's not his responsibility. When we asked to talk to the manager he said there was no manager working that shift? He was then hesitant to give the managers information until finally giving us an email.

Always a good time! Never lets us down, the people are friendly and always give good vibes! If you're lucky you'll meet Jodie, the nicest person ever! Happy they are here!

Great service. Great atmosphere. The patio is killer when it's not blazing hot outside. The perfect lounge to hang out with the boys, read in the afternoons, or grab a quick stick to go for the house. Always a plethora of sports on tv and the staff is super helpful with selections/new suggestions. Prices are reasonable and cigar selection is the best in the valley.

I was looking forward to going to Fox Cigar on my last trip to Phoenix. We decided to try the Gilbert location as we had already went to the Scottsdale and had a good time. Unfortunately we can't say the same for the Gilbert location, service was underwhelming, tables and ashtrays were dirty. We were there almost 2 hours before someone emptied the ashtrays. Maybe if we were sitting on the bar we would have had a better experience. Staff catered to the regulars. Management don't let standards drop, you will loose in the long term. Probably won't be coming to this location again. Will drive the extra 15 minutes to Scottsdale.

I'm in here once or twice a week. The staff is terrific. They're always on the move hustling cleaning dusting serving filling your glass checking on you. They've got a terrific staff. There's not a lazy one of the bunch.
