Booked appointment 1/24/25 for 2/1/25 at 10:30am . Received email confirmation of the appointment on 1/30/25. Arrived at MedSpa at 10:20am and place closed . ( 25 min to this MedSpa 1 way) called MedSpa #. Lady says there are no appointments for today . Told her I had email confirmation. She said "I'll call you back " waited outside of MedSpa for 10 min for a call back . Different person called and said there was a "glitch and can we reschedule " yeah no I said ( I m thinking ,if you cannot handle a simple appointment you want me to get Botox injections from you?"" After I hung up I got a email saying appointment canceled , WAIT WHAT?! Total scam . This was a birthday present from my daughter through Groupon gift certificate.

Diana really knows her stuff and my skin looks incredible. This is my new go to med spa, I just moved out here in July.

Donna is an excellent technician.If she recommends it always works out for the best. She is a great resource for all the products she works with.

Scheduled a virtual appt w/ Diana to see if I was a "qualified" candidate for the treatment I wanted. Appt time came and went. When I reached out to the office to let them know the Dr. never called me, they never responded. Waste of time and inconsiderate.

Halo laser treatment done this weekend. Kim has magic hands. I highly recommend this med spa
