Whatta solid joint! Been back to Forefathers a few times and that statement should speak for itself. Quality and consistent with friendly staff. Now for the food, I have always ordered a regular cheesesteak, which is a very respectable size, that is to say, I do not leave hungry. I ordered mine with jalapeños on it (Pro tip: Only order with jalapeños on it if you love spicy food like me, can be a bit overbearing for softer palates. Can also just get them on the side from their mini fridge). The fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, (another pro tip, get yourself a few of their fry sauces from their mini fridge, goes great with the cheesesteak too!)The stand out aspect for me, beyond the solid food, is the ambiance. A very nice, modern interior that is always clean, just check out those bathroom pics! Overall, go back to your ancestral roots, cause ForeFathers is calling, a call you should definitely answer.

If I'm ever craving some cheesesteaks then I would come to Forefathers. Plenty of parking and usually not too busy. It was clean from what I saw. The menu was simple and the staff was friendly. There's different toppings to choose from but I always order steak, onions, and mushrooms. Their regular size was more than enough but if you're starving then their large will make you pretty full. Their fries were good and same with their sweet potato fries.They had a refrigerator in the back where the drink machine was to get sauce or peppers. The cheesesteak was good to me and sometimes I felt like I should have ordered a large only to be full at the end.Overall, good place for cheesesteak and I will be back!

This place is the bomb, every time I come in here reminds me a little bit about PhillyI come up from Casa Grande just to come here it's Clean. The people are cool and I wish all restaurants were like that but their cheesesteaks are the bomb.

Never fails to disappoint! Love how fast the team is at prepping the food. The chicken cheesesteak is my go to with peppers, mushrooms and onions and a side of fries and the jalapeño cilantro sauce. Definitely recommend visiting if in the area.

We drove all the way from Apache Junction. Let me preface it with the fact that Phillys aren't my favorite but my husband had a hankering! It was delicious. You were able to out as much "stuff" on as you wanted. Good enough my hubby bought one for tomorrow!

I want to start this by saying I am not the biggest fan of Philly cheese steaks, but was willing to try. I ordered for pick up from their website. It was very easy to use and clearly broke down my order to check before paying. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and greeted me. It was about 12.45pm and there were not too many people inside. I was directed by the cashier to pick up my order at the end of the counter. I had ordered about an hour earlier than my pick-up time, and it seemed like they had just made it. I ordered the regular sized Philly cheese with steak and then added provolone, mushrooms, green peppers, grilled onion, and a drizzle of cheese whiz. I am not sure exactly what the cheese whiz was, but my friend recommended it. The taste was overall pretty good! It was hot when I picked it up, and the ingredients seemed fresh.I understand that prices for everything have gone up, but I still felt hungry after eating the regular sized sandwich. I wish it was a little larger for the $13 price. I was debating between the mini and regular sizes when ordering. The mini size would definitely be for a snack to hold you over between meals.I would recommend Forefathers to anyone who likes Philly cheese steaks. They offer friendly and quick service that can be convenient to those working nearby.

I've eaten here several times and their cheesesteaks are pretty good, with lots of options as far as toppings go, including cheese. One suggestion I might offer is change buns to something smaller/lighter. In other words, the big bun overwhelms the cheesesteak. Too much bread, which takes away from the overall taste of the sandwich. Only my opinion, of course, so. . .

Incredible steak sandwiches. THE best Philly-like sandwiches we've ever had and the fries are incredible.

The clerk at intake appeared to have trouble communicating. Our orders were not correct. Food was mediocre. I was not impressed and I won't be back!
