For the Love of Sourdough

Finally registered and attended a for the Love of sour-dough class last month with two of my girlfriends. It was really fun. Very informative. It was a four hour long class filled with educational activities. Nicole is such a wonderful teacher. Very smart and knowledgeable of the craft of making sourdough bread along with many other breads selections. Her home is very warm,cozy and welcoming. You will take a step back in time when you enter her home. Highly recommended taking a class.

Recently ordered gluten free cinnamon raisin sourdough, rosemary garlic sourdough and a traditional sourdough loaf. I have missed eating sourdough since receiving a celiac diagnosis. We first toasted the rosemary garlic slices for dinner and they were delectable. The next morning we toasted the cinnamon raisin bread for breakfast and it was out of this world. The array of raisins sprinkled throughout each bite was delightful! The traditional sourdough for our non celiac family members was great! They loved it!

Best sourdough we have found in Phoenix. Ordered the country, cinnamon raisin and blueberry breads. Love the clean ingredients and all were delicious...Highly recommend!
