Chef Sedale and April were absolutely amazing. We hired them for a private event for a milestone birthday. They helped craft a fabulous menu, answered all of our questions, showed up to cook, plate, and present a five star meal, and offered all of this at a great price compared to so many others. Wonderful people, excellent food, professional presentation. These guys offer it all! We can't wait to have them back ;)

Over the holiday, we had a family gathering late afternoon on New Year's Eve & we were so lucky to get Fire & Ice do our hors d'oeuvres - although they do multiple-course meals as well. Chef Jones & April personally helped me plan our gathering, & were always there with a quick response to any of my many questions. The catering truck arrived on time, & the beautiful array of 8 kinds of appetizers were set up for us (party of 10) in chafing dishes with sauces & accompaniments that were out of this world! The Filet Mignon Bruschetta, Tuna Tartare, Lamb Lollipops, & Pork Dumplings were favorites, but everything was first-class!!
