Fire & Braids

I've been to the brewery several times but wanted to try Fire and Braids and finally did yesterday. They are located just off the patio and it's easy to order your food and then they bring it to you when it's ready.I had the three Quesatacos and they were fantastic! They are a taco & a quesadilla coming together and the result is a Quesataco! I had each one with a different type of meat. Topped with dairy free avocado sauce, side of salsa, citrus pickled onions, and cilantro.So good. I'll be back!

They were at my favorite brewery, Pinnacle Brewing in North Scottsdale today. I had the "Sunday Special", 2 awesome tacos: Cheesy Wild Caught Shrimp Poblano Crispy Tacos. The shrimp were plump and delicious!!! I was eyeballing the set up and a gentleman noticed that I noticed and he brought me a menu. Placed my order and needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I respect anyone who stands in this heat to feed anyone. I wish them all the best and can't wait to try the Birra Tacos that they happened to be sold out of by the time I placed my order. I look forward to my next visit!Thanks guys!

Overall we like the food. The flavors are good and so are the homemade flour tortillas. We have tried this trick twice while visiting Pinnacle Brewing. We just wish the food came out much faster than it does. Both times we ordered (and same for our friends) it took 45+ minutes to get our food. It was not super busy and thus I am not sure why tacos and nachos for two people took sooooooo long. The wait is really hard to look forward to when we think of places to go for dinner. It makes us apprehensive and we want to support local businesses. Speed it up a bit and it will be good!!

Terrific tacos. Some of the best we've had in the valley and right next to the best new brewery in town.

YOU MUST TRY Fire & Braids!!!!!This is not your basic food truck with greasy fried bar food. Brenda has created a menu that is better than most "good" restaurants in town. Her food is made with quality ingredients, you can taste it. It's so good!We got the Mexican corn nachos, quesadilla tacos and bison burgers. All of it was delicious and the bison burger should be a specialities dish because it was DELICIOUS!Absolutely the best nachos I have ever had!The burgers and tacos were awesome too. Stopped by today. Brenda poked her smiling face out, and patiently explained her offerings, developed from family recipes. After asking me what I liked and didn't like, I told her to surprise me w an order of 3 tacos. 3 types. Then I went into Pinnacle Brewing and ordered a delicious amber beer. Perfect. Brenda brought the food into me. It was DELICIOUS! without any flavor overbearing another. Elegant, if that can be used to describe tacos. I'm leaving happy and with a mouth wanting more, but a tummy saying no more right now. PINNACLE BREWING has an open, airy, fun vibe w cool tunes and tvs for sports. And my beer was awesome. If you're going to Costco N Scottsdale I'd call this a MUST. Check hours before you go.

Pork tacos were ok, not great. Steak taco was good; red chili beef was not very good. A bit pricey. Wouldn't go back.

Amazing food truck at Brewery! Quesadillas loaded with protein & home made tortilla ! WOW!! Outstanding flavors! Can't wait to try the nachos ! Plus the owner, Brenda is so sweet and friendly !

Posole was excellent. They make fantastic mole as well! Friendly staff as well. Will come back for more!
