I am so happy to have found this rental company! I am so spoiled from my rental company in California that when I decided to open shop in Arizona, I was worried I wouldn't find anyone as good as what I had. So coming across Event Rents was a blessing (I had tried other rental companies first). Martha is super helpful! Loading and unloading is easy as well, the guys are quick to help! Thank You again!

Best Event planning service in all phoenix!!! Hands down!! We recently had a Marriage Conference at our Church and we had to get some walls for the tent, the material and equipment is nice and clean....great service! The staff there is very helpful and friendly will definitely Come here first when we plan other Big Events!

How amazing were the rentals at Tawny and Danny's wedding a few months ago!? THEY WERE AMAZING! Event Rents AZ provided the most amazing tables and chairs for this wedding! In addition, they took care of the delivery! Definitely recommend them for your next event need!

Event Rents saved our wedding! Two days before our wedding the forecast predicted an 80% chance of rain and thunderstorms during our outdoor ceremony and reception. Every event rental company I called was unhelpful and frankly not understanding of our predicament, except for Event Rents. I called Event Rents and spoke with Jolene who immediately put me in touch with Steve Ramirez. He went above and beyond to help us set up tents to cover our guests. He met me the next day at our wedding venue and took measurements to ensure he could fit tents in the space provided. He was also quick to provide me with with an exact quote and blue print of the layout. He put my fiancé and I at ease, and was more than helpful during this stressful time. Kris was very knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond to my many questions regarding renting a tent for my wedding. I would choose them over Any other tent company any day just based on my customer experience alone. Other businesses I found were impossible with communication. Kris made me feel like he truly cares about having me as a customer, and he goes above and beyond to help. I know my wedding day will be beautiful and I can thank Kris for that!

We used event rents through our wedding caterer but did a fair amount of communicating with Kris. You never know if vendors will be a little jaded or all business or what. But what lovely people! You get a sense that they are truly happy to be helping you on your big day. Kris was super flexible, came out to the backyard we were having the wedding at to advise us. He wasn't pushy at all, wanted to make sure we got the most bang for our buck, and was quick to respond with any and all questions. They even delivered early so we could set up in the backyard ourselves. I'm so grateful our caterer works with them, and connected us. It's a relief to have such lovely people on our side.Thank you for all you did!

Very unhappy this morning! Riding our bikes through Chaparral Park in Scottsdale only to find an Events Rent Semi parked DIAGONALLY across the entire walk/bike path. Plenty of room for them to park on the sidewalk but they chose to block the whole path. I mentioned their negligence as I rode my handicapped scooter into the grass to get around it and a very haughty, nasty female employee screamed that they were entitled to be there! Seriously folks, horrible representation for your company. A dab of courtesy would have been appreciated. Think of someone besides yourself. I certainly DON'T recommend this company for obvious reasons.

Event Rents was excellent and helped to make my event a great success. Roger and his team were first rate! From the planning phase right up to the day of the event, Roger was incredibly attentive, accessible and easy to work with. There were a lot of details to the event but none so small that Roger did not have time to discuss. And the tent looked amazing! Everything was elegant and clean and functional on the day. And Roger set up and took down on time and with efficiency as well. My client loved it. I would certainly use Event Rents again and highly recommend this company for an event of any size.
