Jen has changed my life in SO many ways. Not only in the gym, perfecting and achieving my fitness goals. But also my mentality when it comes to working out and really making me enjoy my daily workouts. Jen also takes the time to educate me in every way possible about nutrition, my body, and how to do the exercises correct so I can get the most out of the exercise. She is the most caring and educational trainer I have ever worked with, & I don't plan on leaving her anytime soon!!

I am a lifelong athlete (Cross Country runner, Golfer, Professional level Bowler) and a nerd with a career spent SITTING at a desk, which caused me to suffer lower back pain. For Christmas 2018, my wife gave me the gift of 12 sessions (one full hour each) of personal strength training, with trainer Jennifer Espinoza. After only two sessions, I could FEEL the increase in my stability, and in my power, in my bowling because Jennifer was teaching me to work my core. Also, because I had a career sitting in front of a computer, Jennifer customized each of my work out sessions to target the specific muscles in my lower back that needed to be stronger. Only a few months later, my lower back feels great. Then, four months ago, I broke both bones in my lower leg in 2 places and also fractured my ankle, forcing me to depend on crutches for a while. While I was waiting for my surgery date to set my bones, Jennifer customized my workouts to strengthen my upper body. Later, when I was in an orthopedic "boot" and after that, when I was finally out of the "boot," Jennifer devised a very specific set of exercises to augment my physical therapy treatments, resulting in a speed up of my recovery and a more rapid return to my pre-injury golf, running, and bowling performance levels. Jennifer has extensive knowledge (Masters degree) of the muscular system and how it functions. I have been so pleased with the results of my strength training from her, that I have extended my training sessions through 2019 with no end date in sight. The difference Jennifer's training has made, for me, is well worth every penny I've spent for the training with her. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself.Don C

I've seen great results over the past month! Very affordable and workable around my schedule. Constantly increasing in difficulty and scope and focused to match my fitness goals. Jennifer tailors the workouts to fit your desired results but definitely pushes you to do as much as you can. Highly recommended!

Truly, I am amazed at how FAR Jennifer has brought me. For me: regaining / rebuilding strength is like turning the aging clock BACKWARD. Gradually regaining my former- younger- stronger- self, feeling really good again, like I remember I used to feel, BEFORE I got Leukemia, BEFORE months of chemo & a bone marrow transplant, has been a true, real life, gradual miracle for me. Twenty months of high dose Prednisone following my transplant really weakened me. After a major medical ordeal such as cancer treatment, doctors will often say: "Welcome to your new normal." To heck with that! I was still too young to settle for my "new normal". I wanted my "old normal" back. I wanted to feel as good as I felt BEFORE I got sick. Jennifer shows me and teaches me how to make this happen for me. I love what her strength training, high intensity interval training, learning how to stretch, learning what to do for stiff fascia, do for me. I love what her "dynamic" movements & exercises are doing for me. Jennifer is a sharp observer and problem solver. She brings a real depth and breadth of knowledge ( 4 yr degree) in all of these. Every training session is different. I am NEVER bored. Jennifer is very responsive to my feedback and my requests.
