After having my appt rescheduled multiple times, I finally was able to secure an appt for Donna to be a no show. I reached out to her for a partial refund of my Groupon, she emailed me back one time and I never heard back. I have reached out multiple times and never heard back. I would not recommend u book with her, She stole my money without providing the full service.

Can't select zero stars, or I would have. I bought a Groupon for a lip flip, which is basically a very quick and simple procedure. I wasn't able to book on their website because with the Groupon, you have to call. Over a two week period of time, I called at least eight times and finally when I complained I got an answer back I should clarify. I got multiple answers back from multiple different phone numbers for multiple different days and times that didn't work for me. Finally, yesterday I finally heard back from someone who said the only opening she had was at 6 PM on Monday, which would require me to stay an hour later at work so that I could stop there on my way home. I took it because I was desperate at this point. A couple of hours later I got a text from a different phone number saying that there was an opening at 4:30 PM on Sunday...today. I told her that I was confused because someone had already booked me for 6 PM on Monday. She said they have cancellations all the time and new openings. I took the appointment yesterday for today. This morning, my dog died. I texted and told them that I couldn't make it because of a pet emergency and was charged a $75 cancellation fee on top of the $96 that I already paid for a $65 procedure. At this point, I believe this is their business model. They sell Groupon and can't ever get anybody in for an appointment. They schedule you and if you cancel, you are charged more than what the appointment should have cost. They make their money either way. I am already out of pocket $171 for whatever everyone else charges $65 for and I didn't get anything done. Beware!!!! Apparently they are really, really needing money.

I can literally get most of everything I want here. IV hydration along with extra vitamin shots, Botox, spider veins addressed even facials. I love the variety of services available at competitive prices. My first time coming I think I got Botox and IV hydration. She does everything to make you feel comfortable. She put numbing cream on my arm where the needle was going to go in and I didn't feel a thing. She also used a vibrating thing (no idea what it is called) to help ease the prick from the Tox. All efforts that she used made it a little more comfortable to get poked by a needle.Also she will educate you on every service you want so that you can set reasonable expectations.

Go! Literally! I've been getting injections since I was in my early 20s and I'll be turning 32 this year. Donna was literally by far the best nurse/injector I've ever had. She is so thorough in her consults and she definitely has an eye for her art. I was a little worried that their was still bruising on day 5 but it's gone away and I love love my results.

I love going to see Donna. I have referred my family and friends to her. I am excited to see my latest results with her

Donna is amazing! She really take the time to understand what kind of results you want and always delivers. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed while getting any service done! Would highly recommend seeing Donna.

Donna is Amazing. She is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain every procedure. I came to have my spider veins treated and ended up doing Botox by the end of my visit. I cant wait to come back and have her fix the rest of my problem areas. Thank you so much Donna.

I originally went to visit Donna for a wedding I am going to, it was my first time trying out Botox and fillers (besides my lips a few years ago). When I saw Donna's reviews, I was really impressed. However that was the first red flag that she had nothing but 5 star reviews I'm guessing mainly from people she personally knows. To start off, before she dosed me she put some eye whitening drops in my left eye which I later learned was not right to do because it can cause an uneven balance in my eye muscles which can affect filler placement (see before and after). She then reccomended an IPL laser facial, which she ended burning me in 6 spots, three on my neck, two on my forehead, and on my right cheek. While my face was practically on fire from the heat of the facial, she then injected me with filler for my cheeks. She and I both noticed that her placement was completely uneven, however she stated to get another syringe and I said no because the syringe I got should have been evenly placed. If you look closely at my before and after from Donna herself, my cheeks were much more even before she injected me. I also got botox in my traps and my forehead, and this was the most horrible result. Immediately in her office I said I'm noticing some imbalance in my brows as one is higher, she stated it was too soon to tell (see before and after). In the before and after you can see one eye brighter, one eyebrow higher, and my left cheek fuller. I left feeling the ugliest I had ever been but she stated to give everything time. For the next 2 weeks, her treatment completely drooped my brows, and one of my traps became super tight while the other one loosened up. Initially I refused to see her in person as I was so traumatized by her work. I immediately asked for a refund and she refused to take any accountability. She requested I send her multiple pictures and videos and all she kept saying was "I forgot your ID, can you send me a copy". For an injector to damage someone so intensely and only care about my ID was another huge red flag. She's been nothing but condescending and negligent stating her "policy" does not allow refunds. What her policy shouldn't allow is burns, horrible Botox/filler results, and unprofessional behavior. For the wedding; my makeup artist stated she never has seen such such low-set brows and that even her best work couldnt fix them, even with her professional balancing techniques my face looked uneven and sad (see below picture). I spent the whole night crying and just so upset to have my face frozen in an angry position, and that was the night I went for Donna to make me feel more beautiful. Because one of my shoulders is stuck in an upwards position, I am starting to develop a strain in my neck. The physical and emotional distress of this experience has truly made me have the worst experience ever. I wish I never chose her as my injector. She will not even refund me so I can go to another professional and get this fixed. Initially, I did not want to see Donna again, however as my results and her negligence is getting worse and she is not taking anything serious, I told her I would see her in person and now she refuses to see me (a patient in distress from her work) until August 30th. Donna may come off very nice and friendly with her consultations- however she does not deserve to bring a needle near anyone after what I have been suffering. I would hate for someone else to experience what I did and to get scammed by her reviews.

Donna and Omid are my favourite everrr!! They are so comfortable to be around and they are super knowledgeable as well. Extremely professional and kind. I really recommend this medspa!

Went to Donna to get some lip fillers for the first time! The location was very nice and inviting and Donna was a dream. She listened to the insecurities I had about my lip and gave me some options on which filler I wanted to have along with her professional advice on how to achieve the look I was going for. The process was nice and easy and she made me feel calm as I had the first time nerves. I had some units left over and she said I could come back in and get the rest put in free of charge. Donna did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with my results!! Don't hesitate to book your appointment with her!
