Invited our friends to have dinner with music by POWERDRIVE, first time for all of us and we were not disappointed! First the service was prompt and friendly, received our drinks and food in timely manner, then the manager who is very friendly came to check on us. The music started and the real fun began. El Pacifico in Mesa is the kind of place that will likely get very mixed reviews. Some will love it and some not so much. Firstly, it's a place where you can expect noise, often live music. The ad we saw for it said family friendly, and although kids are welcome, it's more of an adult environment, at least in the evenings. When I go back, it will be with my wife and/or friends.In terms of the food, i ordered the shrimp and octopus cocktail. It was good, although I wished it tasted a little fresher. It was still enjoyable, just not a 10/10. I also tried the ceviche tostadas, and those I didn't like. They lacked flavor. Side note: the tables are bare, which means, for example, no salt shakers. To drink, I ordered the limonada mineral...and it was absolutely delicious! You can tell the limonada was fresh! Oh and it was huge! Someone else at my table ordered horchata, and they said it was also great.To summarize, the ambiance is fun, if you're in the mood for a festive, borderline loud, environment. The food is good not great, although I'm definitely going back to try other dishes. And the service today was excellent.So far not a place I would praise to my friends, but one that is good enough to try it again.

Omg muy deliciouso. We're from So Cal so we def know our Mexican food and Mariscos. This place was the bomb! We had the caldo/ mojacetes:/ camarones a là diabla/ pescado Veracruz. We had a wonderful meal washed down with some micheladas. Amazing hospitality from Linda the owner. It's like visiting your Mexican friend. Olé.

Our first time eating here, the host very nice. The waitress is so humble and nice. The food was good, and now the guacamole was freshly made with flavor. I got the shrimp cocktail, and a shrimp taco both were good. My partner got the shrimp and scallops cocktail, and Michelada couldn't go wrong with it. Kids friendly during the day just in case someone was wondering.

The food was outstanding. There was 6 of us ND we were there for several hours. The entertainment made the time go well. Mexican food and Mariscos were ordered by our group. Service was friendly and fairly quick considering the packed house. My Mariscos order had much seafood in it and was tasty. We will definitely be back.Keep up the good work El Pacifico.
