Einstein Bros. Bagels

My daughter turned 16 and outside of clothes and money, she wanted an Einstein bagel of all things. Why? No clue....but I tend not to ask questions with my teenage daughters, their answers never make any sense. The store was clean and the service was relatively fast. The staff was helpful and courteous. I got my favorite: toasted bagel with cream cheese, bacon and jalapeños. It was great!

Great service. Came here super early and they were friendly and happy to help. I'm bummed they don't have my favorite bagel which is pretzel bagels, but I bought a baker's dozen and all the bagels were fresh and my crew were all happy!

I have yet to have a bad experience with this location of Einstein's. The Farmhouse sandwich with the chocolate cold brew shake is a favorite of mine, but of course their blueberry and everything bagels with plain shmear is a good go to as well! The workers are friendly and hilarious and are quick to take care of me. The work area is clean and the workers are cleaned up and professional. Highly, highly recommend!

Don't come here expecting to sit down to eat. No tables and overall unwelcoming. Three tables outside but shared by 5 other establishments. Ended up at Starbucks a few doors down.

Service was just fine, I was the only person in there so my bagel came out pretty quickly. Was happy until I noticed a long, thick and curly hair -hopefully from a beard because I am severely pregnant and it made me cry.

Just okay...First there is no where to sit and enjoy your expensive food. We were not expecting that. The employees didn't acknowledge me, I had to ask are you ready for me to order? Not very friendly or inviting.

Just paid $12 bucks for one breakfast bagel and one coke. No chairs, nowhere, to sit, no place to wait while your order is being made. People just standing around waiting, like standing around an ATM machine.The girl serving me was nice and polite, service was quick. If you're coming here to pick up only, it's a good place... as long as you're willing to pay outrageous prices.

Ordered a bakers dozen. Bagels were flat, dense, as if they'd never risen. They barely filled the box. It was like eating crackers. The entire dozen was like this. Not sure if they know what they are doing.

Went in for a quick breakfast bagel on the go. I ordered a green chili bagel, open faced and toasted well (I really like the crispy edges) with plain cream cheese. The staff were very friendly and the lobby was clean and neat. I got a barely warm, not toasted, limp and totally disappointing bagel. This is a brand new location trying to earn customers so??

Unreasonably long wait. Unorganized. Plenty of other choices. Why are we not at our usual Panera?
