Dynamic Cuisine Catering & Events

I'm sorry to say that Dynamic Cuisine was a FAIL!! Our Dinner party was scheduled with them on March 23, 2019 for a 4:30pm delivery and they cancelled our entire catering service at 3:46pm. We were left hanging with no food and our guests were arriving. Please do not use this company!! How does a company confirm the catering order on March 15,2019 and Fail to provide the food one hour before the expected delivery? So that means our food wasn't prepared at all? AHow can anyone trust a company like this. Customers Beware of this company!!! This was the worst experience ever.This is the sorriest excuse. Caught in the cross fire? If that's the case You had over two weeks to cancel with Ezcater and allow us to figure out who else to use to cater our party. Not cancel one hour before the event as guest were arriving. Not your client? Hello, you accepted the order, It also took you 5 months to reply? You don't deserve a star review. So if there is a ZERO star that is what your company deserves. ZERO!!!!

I had the pleasure of having my 10th Anniversary catered by Dorenda. I was nervous at first because I had to I wasn't sure how things were going to turn out. I was afraid she would overpromise and underdeliver. However I was wrong because her food and staff exceeded my expectations. Everything was tasty and the staff was very professional. She helped me with every detail every step of the way to make it a night to remember. I was very impressed. I would use her again.

If you allow them to book your services and you choose to allow it, it is on you! You should trust the company's you use. You could have reached out, helped, you are in the business and know how devastating a cancellation can be. Don't try to put the blame on someone else. You guys failed at your job!

I worked with Dorrenda recently on an event where we needed three meals catered in one day. One for 30 people, one for 75 people, and one for 100 people. Dorrenda was very quick to reply, very easy to communicate with, and was able to meet all of our unique needs. We had some very specific requests that had to be met for our catering and she met them, no problem. We got lots of compliments on the food. I wouldn't hesitate to use dynamic catering again!

I had the pleasure of tasting their food at my niece's wedding and it was delightful. My mouth did courtwheels when I ate their brisket! I would recommend to them in the future to those looking for a caterer.

Worst Experience! Do Not Use This Company!!! I met with Dorrenda in July regarding bartending for my wedding. By the end of the initial meeting, she informed us that she could also accommodate our catering and ceremony/reception setup/clean up needs as well. We were thrilled to have found one vendor to handle everything! We paid our deposit of $529 which it states on the invoice is non-refundable. In September, I called her to go over details and wanted to add appetizers, napkins, drink ware, and a couple of table cloths. She told me she would call me back in 20 minutes. After not hearing from her for a week, I called again and she said she would call me back in about an hour. Never heard back from her, so I sent her an email. She responded stating that it was best to set an appointment for a phone call. Which I did for the following day. I called her at our appointment time and there was no answer. I called back 10 minutes later and she wasn't available. Her assistant provided the cost of the few additional items we were requesting and I asked that they send their Certificate of Insurance and Business License to the venue as it is a requirement. I didn't feel confident after the call and scheduled an in person meeting with Dorrenda the following weekend. We went to her office and went through all of the additional items and I asked again for her to send the required documents to the venue as they had not received them yet. A couple of days later, we received the revised invoice from her which included an additional charge for setup and cleanup. When I questioned it as it is listed on our original invoice, she stated that we had never discussed setup and cleanup of the ceremony and reception and that the $300 charge on the original invoice was for catering setup. Additionally, the venue still had not received the required documents. So with only three weeks before our wedding we were forced to find a new bartender, caterer, and setup/cleanup staff. When I requested my deposit back, I was told that it's non-refundable. Even though she added additional costs and didn't provide the required information to the venue (she stated that she emailed it, but the venue never received it and the venue manager even called to tell Dorrenda this). We still have not received our deposit back. We are absolutely disgusted by this whole situation!

Dynamic Cuisine catered my wedding 11/25/2018. Our menu consisted of grilled chicken, peppercorn beef, loaded mashed potatoes, Cajun macaroni, corn on the cob and a salad. When I tell you their food was DYNAMIC, please believe me. I couldn't have asked for a better catering company. My entire wedding party as well as me and my husband was extremely pleased with the meal and services. Thanks again for such a wonderful night.The Sutherland's

Even worst that Dynamic Cuisine Catering can't even own up to there awfulness. How do you cancel all events with a third party that represents and deliver your food? We went through them for your food! At the very LEAST, you could have canceled events that were 24 hours in advance to give us notice that we weren't going to have food from you guys! YOU ARE HORRIBLE! Because we didn't book directly through you , we Are not considered your client??? THIS BAFFLES ME! We wouldn't even had known about you guys , unless Ezcater provided your services. ZERO STARS FOR Dynamic cuisine!!!

Dynamic Cuisine was awesome!! They offered a variety in menu that we were unable to find anywhere else. They were very communicative throughout the entire process. They arrived early and had everything set up prior to the start of the event and made my daughter's sweet 16 memorable. And best of all they will work with your catering budget.
