I've never waited so long for 1 drink anywhere ever and the shots in my coffee tasted burnt

I love me some Dutch! Yum.. never had a bad experience. Coffee is always on point.. service is always good.

Hear me out why I gave this location a second one star.we all know there lines can be pretty long at times which to me it's always worth the wait. However, when I went to this location on Sunday and I order 6 drinks which were pretty easy drinks nothing complicated. When I went to the window I am not kidding I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for my drinks as everyone behind me got their drinks while I am sitting there patiently waiting. Then after 15 minutes of waiting I have a guy tell me oh we are waiting for your other drinks. While I am watching one girl making other 2-3 drinks for customers behind me. I will say I won't be returning to this location.

I didn't like it. I'm a Starbucks drinker and that may be why hy I didn't like it. I might try something new next time.

Normally I like this San Tan location- drinks are always good. Came here today and there are HUGE DEAD BUGS -crickets and little flies all around the walk up window and on the ledge you order at the walk up window. Before I ordered my drink I asked if they had recently sprayed and alerted them to all the dead bugs. I hoped that they would clean them up especially the HUGE DEAD CRICKET and all the little DEAD FLIES on the ledge where I ordered my drink. The employee, I assumed was shift supervisor, looked and commented on the DEAD BUGS but nothing was done about all these disgusting gross dead bugs.No- not tipping today!! Clean up those bugs!! Sweep. Disgusting!!

Not sure what everyone's issue is. The wait isn't that bad unless they're really busy. Everyone is so nice, drinks are always consistent, and they're always more than happy to make it right. I come almost daily and have never had a complaint about the service or the drinks

Such great customer service, I was greeted by the girls at the window with such great energy it made me smile and laugh. Coffee was delicious also.

Never disappoint! Love Dutch alway look forward to going and getting a delicious cup of coffee!

I can understand not wanting to work outside in the heat because I work outside to but to just not take drive through orders till someone gets to the window is crazy. You can go outside for a couple minutes to take a car or twos order so at least your working at a faster pace than one person a time. I'm stuck in the drive through line for 30+ min now because I can't back up and they are only helping one person at a time at the window. There isn't even a sign till the front of the line where it's too late for you to leave. It takes at least 5 minutes two take one cars order and make the drinks and check them out and with ten plus cars in line you can not do this one at a time, find a better way! Also your walk up window is open so it's okay for your customers to be in the heat for an extended amount of time but not you guys. Pshhhhhh
