"Drink One for Dane." Who is this Dane? (Definitely, not me.) I wondered, prodded me to research further, which I'll talk about later.I recently dropped by Dutch Bros in Mesa and decided to try their Cocomo in a large size with a soft top. Growing up, I didn't drink coffee but enjoyed pure chocolate drinks since we harvested our own cocoa beans (I can describe the chocolate process in detail). It's only recently that I've started exploring the world of caffeine.The Cocomo, a blend of coconut syrup, chocolate milk, espresso, and whipped cream, was a delightful surprise. The soft top added a creamy finish that made the drink even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more from their menu next time.Going back to the poster, I found out that Dane Boersma was one of the co-founders of Dutch Bros Coffee, along with his brother, Travis Boersma. Their Dutch heritage explains the company's name. It was founded in Grants Pass, Oregon, in 1992, with humble beginnings where the brothers started with a pushcart selling coffee and grew it into the well-known drive-thru coffee chain it is today.Dane, known as "The Wise Man," passed away in 2009 from Lou Gehrig's disease. The "Drink One for Dane" fundraiser is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness and supporting community outreach.Isn't it amazing? A coffee with such a rich history and a continuing legacy.

Always have a nice experience at this location. The staff is quick and friendly and smart. No issues experienced here ever!

Cold Brews all day every day! I unfortunately don't come to Dutch as much as I used to since the took away heavy whipping cream. I try to stay clear of sugar options and this is my favorite drink with a splash of hwc and sf vanilla. Though I still pick up cold brews once in a while I end up having to add the cream at home. Service was good and closed the freeway which was great for me n my way home. Being back the heavy whipping cream !

Great location. They have the service down, people walk up to your car and take your order. Take a minute or two but if they bring out your drink before you get to the window they will walk it up to you and then you can pull over to drive off. The people working their are so friendly and great at small talk. The best drink i had was the mocha latte with a pump of vanilla and soft top. Delicious! Overall 5/5

so I had gone and I had asked for the midnight rebel and this bitch proceeded to say eclipse and then asked me if that's what I wanted I said no I want midnight. She said oh OK eclipse and I said no midnight said OK, and then proceeded to have us pay and then when I get to the window, I am given a drink off of the secret menu which is the eclipse . Please hire smart people if you are going to have them take orders alone.

Waited in line for 20 mins and they got my order wrong. I ordered one thing. It was after 9:30, not a normal busy time of day either.

I have not really liked this Dutch Bros location except for the nicest helpful person was Kevin who helped me with my order. thank you Kevin

Do not buy from this location!!! I really wish they provided tickets so I could back up the statement that I'm about to make but I'll provide some pictures to back it up. I came here at night and ordered 2 medium Iced Cookie Butter Latte's. I noticed that the total for my drink was not what it usually comes out to whenever I order the same exact order. They ended up charging me $17.00 with no tip added as seen in the first image below. I then proceeded to attempt to make an online order to see what the total would be on the app and the total for the same exact order was $13.97 as seen in the image attached.To make it clear I am not tripping about the difference, I'm just really upset about the values and morals behind this location. Before the lady showed me the tip option on the screen she stated that the total would be $17.00 and that's when I immediately noticed something wasn't right so I then proceeded to not add tip on the transaction so I could make my own research.And best believe, they were caught in the act....Once again, don't but from this location! It's messed up playing with people's money the way they do in this location..

Great service. Very quick, attentive and courteous at the walk up window from the beginning g to departure. .

This is the second time I've been here. I ordered an iced coffee today. It was the worst taste, like diluted iced coffee. I don't know what's so special about this place. I won't come here again.
