This place was outside tbe hotel we stayed out and pretty busy place. Ordered a sugar free iced coffee. Pretty basic as i didn't know the menu that well. Coffee wasn't bad, i typically drink Starbucks and am more familiar with the menu. They gotOur order fairly fast and got us taken care of and on our way to work.

I thought the point of ordering ahead was to order ahead and pick up your drink when you get there. I ordered 20 minutes before i came to get my drink, went to the counter and she said " i'll get that started in a moment." there was no car line, and no excuse. very disappointed.

5.15.23 Dutch Bros rocks my socks and this new location in Mesa is pure caffeinated awesomeness. When you're in a rush, Dutch Bros. is there for you. I particularly enjoy their variety of sugary sweet coffee beverages, but their iced tea is delicious as well! Came here at 7:50am and there was hardly anybody in line! My go-to drink is the Double Torture! Sounds painful it will definitely wake ya up! Another great recommendation is the Dirty Toddy! Taste smooth and has an extra kick to it for added benefits. Pro TIP! Download the Dutch Bros app to use their in-app stamp card and order ahead. Beat those long lines!

I wish they would deliver. I would have this every day. Someone please set up a delivery service like Uber eats for Gilbert.

My order was a small cold brew with cream and sugar. Multiple times at other coffee shops when the person is about to hand me the drink they stop and turn back to tell the barista "this has too much ice" but not at Dutch Bros. They make you wait in line longer than other coffee shops and then they hand you this. Clearly to anyone (experienced barista or non experienced) this is not a correct drink for a customer.

Be aware of this lovely man! I was in the Dutch bros line and, as usual, the line was long. So, of course, I'm on my phone scrolling and he starts blaring his horn at me. So I went forward and of course it wasn't good enough and he started honking at me again. Then he rolls his window down and starts calling me names while i have my children in the car. How im a f**ken b**ch, a mother f#k, ugly a$$ b**ch , I need to go suck on a d|ck, how i need to pay attention and not be on my f**ken phone. He went on for about 5 minutes. If you don't have the patience to wait in line don't be a prick like him and walk up. Happy Friday!

My girl, Rachel at this Dutch Bros! Boy oh boy, God I love her! She did such a good job, and she was super patient and friendly! If I was a manager, I'd give her a raise! Also, her trainee Gabe! What a Baller! He did such a good job! I will be a regular at this location because of the excellent service I just received today! Thank you so much! God is so good!
