Dunkin'

Customer service was great! The gal was helpful. But..... the croissant, breakfast sandwich ( burnt - see photo ) and sourdough breakfast sandwich ( tasted like it was cooked in chemicals. Drink was on point - loved it. But for food - gross

How do you have a Dunkin Donuts with no donuts or bagels? You do realize Donuts is in your name. I should clarify, one one type of donut and no munchkins. Sad. Who does the projections for this place?

Idk why this location has such a bad review everytime I go here my drinks are ON POINT! And they're super fast and friendly!

This gotta be the worst Dunkin of all time. I know they're understaffed, but it's really bad. I've been so many times and they either never come to the counter to take an order, or if you use the mobile app the order is never ready when you arrive. It's almost like they don't know they have a mobile ordering system. The workers are always friendly and the shop is clean, but it's truly a very very inefficient location.

zero stars. (shift lead) with red hair taking orders/ working window. is extremely rude. zero customer service skills. i was extremely nice. (I work in customer service as well.) talked to her about and she became ever ruder. on another note. handed me my drink completely covered in sauce on the outside of the cup. not just a little bit. everywhere. I have no problem wiping it down myself, i politely asked for napkins only to receive attitude for asking for napkins. don't go here.

I have been to this location to many times and more often than not it is disappointing. Also do not get the egg bites they taste like if you were to bite a chunk out of a butter stick

If you don't like selling coffee and donuts and serving people through a drive thru, don't work at one. Sorry to have inconvenienced you all by visiting your establishment. Won't be back.

Terrible terrible terrrrrrible customer service. HUGE lack of acknowledgement!!! Ordered in drive thru, pulled up..no "hi" or "sorry running behind" or ANYTHING. Sat there and waited to pay and receive my order for 5 mins, then I decided to take off. Very disappointed, not trained well...do not go to this location!

I don't know why there are so many complaints to this location but this is truly a lovely place to walk into and grab a coffee and donuts I see a lot of complaints about not having donuts but these people need to realize they can't have the donut they want all day until they come inside (if you want your donuts come in earlier) lol Night time crew is always very kind and have great customer service ,never have complaints

Love the workers but the under staffing is crazy. Put in an order 30 mins ago still waiting for food. Absolutely packed. Manager hire more in the morning!!!!
