I should have known based on the reviews. We had a few hours to waste while having some work done on our home, so we decided to stop in and grab a special treat. This location is a Dunkin and a Baskin Robins. We opted for the drive thru as we had both pups in tow with us. They do not have flavors on their menu so you have to ask for a list of flavors which is a pain for the poor employees. She mentioned that when their are long lines people get upset as it takes a lot more time to list them all and sets off frustration to the customer that they don't have a wide variety. Before her listing the flavors we had asked for some of our favorites and they didn't have any we had hoped for. She listed out the 6 flavors they did have, I guess they didn't get part of their order. The staff was incredibly friendly and very apologetic in that they didn't have many flavors and gave us a discount. I felt so bad for the employees as they were put in a position with little stock and no signage to let people know of flavors or that they were out of many. Baskin and Dunkin need to do a better job of making it easier for their employees to do their job. 5 stars for those employees working and providing great service amongst the lack of stock. This rating is however for Dunkin/ Baskin Robins to hopefully make changes as needed. If you'd like to grab a treat, I do recommend avoiding the drive thru and going inside to see what's available.

This location is a combination Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins. It's relatively new, having opened a few months (maybe a year) ago. The facility was newly built and is clean and modern.The service is sorely lacking. I placed an order in the app for two items. When doing so, I couldn't understand why the earliest pickup time was 30 minutes away, especially since they weren't busy. When I arrived at the drive thru, I was told neither of the two items I ordered was available.1. The on- site employee couldn't refund me and referred me to the app (corporate office)2. The corporate office couldn't refund me and advised an employee from the local restaurant would contact me.3. It's been a week and no one from the local restaurant has contacted me.So, not only did I not receive my order, but I've been bounced back and forth with no refund. This place is a hassle. I will not be back.

Every time I order here, I regret it. Everyone they hire here is the dumbest person ever. The service is extremely slow and then they give you the wrong drink after you've waited for 10+ minutes. They're almost out of everything every single time and they make all their drinks wrong and horribly.

Came to get Baskin Robbins for the last time here. Super skimpy with their ice cream, you'd think they get paid extra for making the ice cream last longer. Customer service is dry. Lots of the ice creams looked like they had been melted and refrozen. Honestly, this place is a mess.

Forth and last time I'll buy vanilla creme donuts here. They simply put a smidge of frosting on the side of the donut. There is no vanilla creme inside.

New business to the area. Nice set up. No parking lot lights at night. Hard to find and see in the dark. Missing 1/3 of the ice cream labels. Great donuts and of course great ice cream.

Alright so the food is good here, IF THEY HAVE IT. This Dunkin location didn't have a vanilla and strawberry frosted donut the other day. Numerous times they didn't have croissants. However, the people there are friendly and it is a nice looking and clean place. The food is still good and hits the spot, it's just disappointing when they don't have my items.

I am a middle school teacher and I had promised all of my students who did well on the last test that I would bring them Dunkin donuts. I got to this location at 630 AM and nobody but myself and the two employees were there. I ordered 6 dozen donuts and one of the girls told me that she would not sell me the donuts. Apparently, that needed to be pre-ordered. I have been coming to Dunkin for decades and I have never had to pre-order anything for my students before. The impression that I got from her crappy attitude was that she just didn't want to work and make more donuts. Unfortunately, this is a phenomenon that I am noticing all of the time from the younger generation of workers, especially in all fast food businesses. I won't be coming to this location ever again.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Customer service lacks for sure. Employees could definitely use more training.The donuts are terrible tasting. You can tell they're days old. Sad to say there is not one good thing I could say about the location.

I never leave reviews, but I've been so consistently fed up with this location that I just have to. No matter who's taking my order they're always rude, they have no answers when you ask questions about menu items, and they are SO SLOW. Today I went through the drive through and the guy just took our payment and walked away....he never came back. Then another girl came up to the window and said "what are you waiting on" we had to give her our whole order again and then waited again to get our drinks. This place might as well be McDonald's. :(
