Brian and his team were fabulous. We had a bachelorette weekend at an Airbnb where we came from out of town. It was seamless for three amazing meals and days. The attention to detail is truly wonderful, everything for our Bride to Be was what she wanted, even had us all trying new foods. We had some girls with allergies and pickier eaters; Brian and Chef Kevin helped so much by paying close attention to our "likes and dislikes". And we added a whiskey bourbon tasting and mimosas for our last day. And waking up to an absolutely clean home was so easy and allowed this Maid of Honor to actually sit and enjoy my time with my friends and the Bride to Be. And at the end of it all, they even went the extra mile to help me pack up all of the leftovers to drive back home. Every penny was worth it. I want all the recipes!

We had an amazing time when Chef Josh and Chef Brian came to our home (adhering to all safety measures) prepared, cooked and served a five course menu with wine pairings to my husband and I and another couple. The food was delectable! And, although I am NOT a wine person but the matches were so perfect that I finally understand the allure! (Hell of a hangover from mixing with other libations but TOTALLY worth it!)We were so happy with these guys that we have already booked another evening to enjoy with another couple in our quaranteam. Last time was Italian. Next time will be French. ;)

I cannot say enough about the team at Driscoll Cuisine & Cocktail Concepts, they were fabulous! My girlfriends & I tasked them with creating a Halloween inspired menu. We went with the 5-course Seduction Package and Chef Derek created a tasty, savory, fun & excellent experience. Pair that up with opening cocktails & an excellent wine selection by Brian and the evening tied together beautifully.From small intimate gatherings to larger parties, from start to finish, we HIGHLY recommend Driscoll for your next event. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! We had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Brian and his team from day 1. From the menu concept to every step of the dinner. We had interviewed a bunch of chef's for our friends bachelorette weekend and Brian was by far the most responsive and on top of everything. He crafted a menu to exactly what my friend was looking for and the service and food was incredible. Can not say enough great things about Brian and his team!! DO IT!

I worked with Driscoll Cuisine and Cocktails to host a 75th birthday dinner for my mom and siblings. Everything was fantastic. The five courses prepared by Chef Justin Macy were all excellent, and we appreciated that the vegetarian in our group was well accommodated. The crab cakes were especially outstanding! Brian did an excellent job hosting and making my mom feel special - she commented that she felt like royalty after being pampered by the food and service. The process of booking was smooth and easy, and the clean up was perfect. Overall, it was a really great evening.

We had the absolute joy and pleasure of hiring Driscoll Cuisine & Cocktail Concepts for my recent birthday celebration in Cave Creek, AZ. We were late in booking and Chef Brian had a busy weekend but he was more than happy to work with us and design for us a most spectacular meal. Chef Jason's menu was unique and lovely with so many delicious tastes on our tongue! Not only were they professional and talented, they were also fun and friendly adding to the ambience of the occasion. I am still dreaming of that Chocolate Sazerac! Thanks for such a memorable evening!

Everything was perfect! Our small dinner party started with handcrafted cocktails and ended with a luxurious dessert. The entire dinner impressed everyone in attendance, including the most critical foodie;)

Brian, Connor, and their team provided a fabulous dinner for our company Christmas party! The food was delicious, the service was impecable and we can't wait for our next celebration!

My wife and I just returned from 3 amazing days at The Concept in Phoenix. We were greeted curbside by Brian who took our luggage and gave us a champagne tour of the beautiful property. The pictures online don't do justice to the design and attention to detail in this home - from the huge, plate glass front door to the 'raindrop' chandelier to the 'fire and water' feature in the back yard, it's jaw dropping. We had an amazing time watching shows on the massive 4K, backlit TV with surround sound in the main room - and loved the roomy, quiet, and super-comfortable master suite. Out back, we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub on a cool winter day! The most notable aspect of the Concept is the experience provided by Brian, the live-in chef. Each morning, he made each of us our own breakfast tailored to our tastes (tip: try his French omelet!). During the day, he often made us drinks and provided snacks while we enjoyed the property. The crown jewel was the happy hour Brian provided for us and 10 of our local friends. Brian put together a custom menu, including appetizers that covered a range of very specific food-needs, wine pairings, and three of his signature cocktails. It was clear to see that Brian was in his 'happy place' while preparing and hosting this amazing event. It's also worth mentioning the location of this home in a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. Because we had activities and friends in all directions, we were pleasantly surprised at the convenience to Sun City, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and other locations.

This was the second time we had Driscoll's in our home for dinner. This was a birthday celebration for us and we couldn't have asked for a more special evening. Chef Todd far exceeded expectations. Each course had amazing flavors and was prepared to perfection!!! I would have given a rating of 10 stars if possible.
