Diana Johnson's Catering

I used Diana Johnson's catering for my company's annual Thanksgiving Dinner event. They were able to accommodate our hectic schedule and feed 550 of my employees. The menu consisted of turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce, salad, bread rolls, various pies and drinks. There was nothing but great feedback from everyone. I had employees that have been with us for 15+ years tell me that this was the best food we have ever catered for them. There were a lot of smiling faces and full stomachs. Not only was the food delicious but the staff were very easy to work with and super upbeat. You can tell that they love what they do. I will definitely be using Diana Johnson's Catering for future company events. Thank you for being so great!!!

We continue to use Diana Johnson's Catering, our associates love the food. This is serious BBQ, reminds me of the Phoenix iconic Bill Johnson's Big Apple BBQ we grew up with. The servers are professional, the food is delicious.

Hired DJC for company christmas party. Rain, the person I coordinated with was easy to work with, however, I was embarrassed by the actual meal that was served. We paid $86.00 per person and the food was horrible. We had steaks and crab legs, the steaks were thin breakfast steaks that were so overcooked you couldn't eat them and the crab legs had actual barnacles on them. Two people became very ill. The "chef" was anything but friendly, I don't think I saw him smile once although his assistant was nice enough. If I could give them a lower rating I would. They made me look bad to my peers and bosses and I will not live this one down anytime soon.Deb S

Hello, I prepaid $106.47 to be exact on 11/21/24, for a tasting. When I was cancelled & rescheduled twice should have been a red flag for me. Sapphire Peters, Consultant was extremely apologetic and explained that the busy holiday season was interference with the tasting. So I thought, i understand that and decided I couldwait. Since my event wasn't until January 2025. Finally, tasting was December 3rd. @ 5:00pm. The chef arrived 15 minutes late, dirty chef jacket food stains all over it. Carrying the food in a pull carrier case. I thought it was going to be prepared face to face. Tri-tip two very small slices extremely dry & tough as shoe leather, Mac & cheese was Velveeta dry from a box, garlic mashed potatoes & two street tacos. I must say the tacos were the only food item of some quality and tasted okay. Every single item was cold & poor quality not premium. Immediately, Sapphire & the chef started in with their excuses and apologies.Just a warning to the public becareful with this company. Remember to be extremely detailed ask lots of questions. They are definitely a zero.

Highly recommend DJ Catering! Their staff are wonderful to work with, professional and courteous, and the food is great. They did passed hors d'oeuvres and a lovely taco bar for a backyard, multi-generational graduation party. They set up quickly and efficiently, and never stopped smiling. We can't thank them enough!!
