I've had three CO2 laser treatments before. Two of them at Advanced Skin Care, that no longer do the treatments and one from a California facility. The laser they used was the Active FX and I had terrific results. I'm now ready to have another one and Advanced Skin Care refered me to Deseret. I noticed their monthly special for August is $999 for the CO2 procedure. I went in, asked questions, and booked a consultation. So far so good. I'llHad procedure today. All went well. Was home by 12:30 pm. Slept until 5:30. Cold wash cloth out of frig to ease the bit of heat. White vinegar cold compress after and slathered back up with Aquaphor. I'm off to a great start!!!

Tiffany has been giving me facials off on for years. My favorite is the Derma Plaining. It's a wonderful way to treat myself.

Love this place! The staff is great & super friendly! I just started doing Rejuvapen treatments on some wrinkles I have with Tiffany, and my first treatment was great! She let me know what she was doing to me, what to expect, and how to heal. I will be coming back for future treatments and already have my next appointment scheduled.I paid no mind to the 2 negative reviews I read when making my decision to come here, for several reasons:1. I'm not sure why someone reviewed this place saying they saw the staff being rude, so you always have to keep in mind that some people view life from an offensive view and perceive things the wrong way. The ladies here have been nothing but welcoming whenever I come in or call.2. There was a review saying the staff is poorly trained, they were upset abut pricing, and didn't see results:When it comes to aesthetics and cosmetology, you really have to keep in mind that this field is always changing and new tools are coming out all the time, so you may run across someone in any aesthetic spa that just learned a new procedure, or they recently switched to new methods and were recently trained. Also, pricing fluctuates in this field all the time, so you can expect this anywhere you go. It is not intended to make customers angry, but probably helps them out because they have to keep up with new equipment and supplies, etc, and pricing changes all the time in all kinds of businesses. This spa has a membership you can purchase which saves you money. It's $119 for 2 treatments a month, which is awesome, because the treatment I'm doing right now runs about $200 a pop at most places. As far as not seeing results, everyone has different skin and reacts to different treatments in various ways. No one heals the same as another, and not seeing results doesn't always mean the treatment is ineffective completely. It might just depend on the person, your skin type, how healthy you keep your skin and body, etc. We truly have no idea what people are doing to take care of their body or how their body works to heal, so just because something doesn't work for one person, doesn't mean it won't work for another. That being said, I highly recommend this place!

I was new to laser hair removal but Tiffany was great at explaining, gauging level of laser and treating. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for this treatment to use Deseret Aesthetic. I have had 2 treatments and I am very pleased with the results thus far. I can't wait to try other treatments.

So, Groupon was kinda late coming to Kansas City and because I was chomping at the bit when it finally did, I completely inundated my friends and family with referral links. Because of that, I ended up with a stupid amount of Groupon bucks (about $70) that I've been slow to use because...if you haven't been paying attention, these daily deal sites all suck-diddly-uck lately. How many car washes or maid services can they offer?!Anyway, I moved out to the Valley and I'm undergoing a whole lot of life changes. One of my recent goals is to to once and for all get in great shape and STAY THERE, rather than bounce up and down in my well-being. Enter: $49 for a detoxing body wrap (a $175 value!)...on top of my remaining $35 Groupbucks, this set me back $14. I knew I had to carpe the diem with this opportunity, lest I be resigned to grabbing bargains for ghost town hay rides, pool filter cleanings or whatever else "sweet deal" came my way. (I really hate Groupon lately, in case you couldn't tell.)I arrived a little before my appointment time today and filled out the necessary paperwork and personal health history. I was quickly introduced to Angie, the reigning body wrap queen. She was super friendly, explained every step of my mummification (it's SUCH a weird process) and really didn't try to upsell anything to me. In fact, she made it a point to say she likes her clients to go home and notice the effects and changes the wraps have on their bodies before committing to a package.I'm already loving the inches I lost (and apparently it gets only better over the first night) and am totally recommitted to living the healthy life once and for all. Can I afford this treatment every month? Well, no. (Although i am REALLY considering a certain package deal I was told about...we'll see) but if you get a chance to try out this service just once, definitely go to Deseret and definitely see Angie.

This is absolutely one of the best medspas in Phoenix. There is not a more caring staff anywhere -- genuinely sweet people who know their patients and provide excellent state-of-the-art services, including photofacials, hair removal, Botox, cosmetic fillers, blue/red light treatments, Obagi peels, Lipotron, CO2 peels, JetPeel and many others. They make you comfortable, relaxed, and offer truly effective cosmetic services that you would expect to find in LA, not Arizona. My skin, which is very acne prone, has evolved to a place I've never been able to get it on my own. I can't say enough about the skin care treatments and product lines I've enjoyed, including Obagi, Colorscience, Lutisse and many more. They also just recently started offering permanent make-up -- Rachel -- great artist!Great prices, fun events, easy to schedule appts. Dr. Greg Allen, M.D., is medical director and he lectures nationally on anti-aging medicine and prevention of skin cancer. Check it out. You won't regret it. Weekly specials, too.

Pros: First appointment went well, the lady was very friendly and kind. She made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely hope for her as my technician the next time I go in. The facility is nice and kept tidy and clean. I got a great deal on Groupon for a small area and a large area. Cons: They have no such thing as a cancellation list (meaning, you have to book far in advanced, even if you're not sure you can make it) and if you don't make it then that appointment slot is wasted. Their customer service (person who makes appointments) seemed clueless over the phone. Also, wait time was like twenty minutes...

This is really a 3.5 star review. Went here for laser hair removal on my underarms. Pros:Very nice facilityFriendly staffEasy to get an appointment time that worked for meNo upselling - you get what you came in for and they don't waste your time with product pitches or service add-ons.Cons:Facility is so nice I wonder how much they are overcharging meService was uneven - some of the girls were very thorough and some rushed through the service to the point that they didn't fully cover the area. I am going to have to go back for at least a couple extra sessions and I think this could have been avoided if a few of the techs had been a little more methodical.I went to this place because of their Groupon deal and, for what I paid, I definitely got more than my money's worth so I'm really not complaining. Now that the deal is used up though I plan on going somewhere less expensive to do a couple more sessions on this area and to get some other areas done. That said, I am now a total laser hair removal addict and would recommend this place to anyone willing to spend a little extra money for a posh med-spa.

I had nothing but glowing reviews until they changed their policies and prices all of a sudden and did not care that it was affecting current clients. I have been going to this location for weight loss supplements since august and paid $100 monthly for them and all of a sudden they changed their policy so that I have to pay $350 every 6 months in addition to the $100 monthly fee because they no longer accept outside blood work. I have been getting my blood work from my primary physician this whole time and explaining the panels I need done and my insurance has covered it. Unfortunately if I have my blood work done here my insurance wont pay anything. Its apparent that this change is only so that they can make more of a profit off of their customers. It's really disappointing. PS this service is $350 upfront and $100 a month. If you are looking for something cheaper try suddenly slimmer. They offer the same supplements but include b12 shots and melatonin for only $175.
