Just recently used Delivery Dine this past weekend. I was working from home and really didn't want to cook anything. I thought to myself, "Self, wouldn't it be great if Phoenix restaurants provided delivery service like the restaurants in real cities?!"Then I remembered the pamphlet which I picked up at Macayo's one fine afternoon while I was ordering some tacayos (oh sorry - tacos). The pamphlet unfolded to three panels which listed restaurants in the valley that used Delivery Dine as their delivery service. It's true, it's true! I can sit at home on my fat ass and have food delivered to me. I'll take it!So in a nut shell this is what I did:1. on the website, keyed in my ZIP code2. selected the restaurant I wanted (I was in the mood for classy american grub, you know - sandwich and fries) 3. viewed the menu and clicked on the choices4. customized my choices in the shopping cart5. made notes for the delivery man in the special note field (I told him what floor I was on)6. checked outIt was that easy. 5 bucks was added to my food tab. Then a gratuity charge was added as well which is the same as if I was leaving a TIP. And like I said, my fat ass wanted delivery so I took it.I received two emails updating me when the driver arrived at the restaurant and when my food was on its way to my mouth. It's a low tech version of the pizza site that gives you the status of your pizza order.Original estimated waiting time for my order was one hour, but it actually arrived in half that time which is like that old pizza tag line "30 minutes or less." So my fat face stuffed itself earlier than planned, albeit happily. The driver was courteous and cool. I will definitely use them again another day.

Used Delivery Dine for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised. I am usually pessimistic about third-party carriers, but the food arrived early and the delivery guy was friendly. He had a little trouble finding us, but maybe he doesn't have Google maps lol. Anyhoo...We will not hesitate to use this service again. Props to DD.

Please read this and do not use them . I ordered some Chinese one day My office had one delivery but a few people paid so there were 2 credit cards used well long story short they were late and for a 30 dollar lunch we were charged over 60 dollars. 30 dollars in tip and service fee! that is outrageous! DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! i WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Although the people who deliver the food are nice and they deliver from places that normally don't deliver... it comes at a VERY hefty price. When ordering the food, you'll see the price of the items, tax, delivery fee, fuel fee, and gratuity/tip. Why is there a fuel fee along with the delivery fee...? Well, that's not the biggest problem...The items themselves aren't priced properly. Depending on what you order there can be an extra 4 to 5 dollars tacked onto each one. A meal that normally costs $9.95 is listed as $14.75. If I were to buy 5 of them, it would normally cost overall about $53 for me to pick it up, but $105 to have it delivered by DDine. I find this to be a despicable act. Not only does this cause the "supposed" tax and gratuity to go up, but by doing this they try to hide the extra charges, making us think these items are more expensive than they really are. They are too greedy. They need to list the proper prices, ditch the fuel fee, and charge a certain price for the delivery fee that's dependent on the distance traveled. Allow us to see exactly how much more we have to pay to have it delivered compared to picking it up ourselves. If they are worried about profit then they could just increase the percentage of the tip; wouldn't 20% be enough? If it was normally about $53 for me to pick up a meal, only cost about $5(that's about 2 gallons of gas) for the delivery fee, and even if the tip went all the way up to 30%...I would still order delivery with their service quite often. Thirty percent is already quite a hefty tip, but these people are trying to charge us so much that it's like giving them a 90% tip. Despicable.
