Dad’s Ribs and Mom’s Tacos

The ribs were very greasy and fatty . The macaroni and cheese was oily no flavor. The tacos were good my husband had them.

My friend & I were just at the (City of) Surprise Christmas Fair & happened upon this delightful food truck with a great combination of bbq & mexican food. I had the Sampler, which included a Luke taco (meatless); street taco; a bbq rib; & two sides. The mac & cheese side was another pleasant surprise. All this to say, this food vendor definitely has a few new groupies!

I had tacos and ribs from this food truck recently and both were delicious!! Service was friendly and super quick, and everything was reasonably priced (2 tacos and 1 rib for $10, plus tip). The barbacoa was tender and flavorful, as was the pork rib. Pretty straightforward, no frills, but still delicious! I'd definitely order from them again if I see them.

I'm glad to see they were able to get on Yelp. I'm honored to be the first person to leave this review. We tried them at a little gem called the tradition retirement community. I ordered the sampler. Had a taco and a rib and quesadilla with two sides. The taco was so good I had to go back and try the burrito. The food was pretty good. I might have spiced the ribs more but the meat was fall off the bone good. The service was great. Talk about two down to earth people who just enjoy what they do. So if I didn't say it , they are a taco truck. I hope they post were they are goi g next. I need my burrito fix lol.

Tried this at a taco food truck festival. I got a sampler plate and it was worth every bit of the $17! It came with 2 sides, 2 tacos and a pork rib. The potato salad was pretty good, but more on the savory side. Mac n cheese had a great flavor! The street taco and queso taco were also great! Both beef; the queso was my favorite! The pork rib.....the most tender juicy melting off the bone piece of meat I've ever had! I had it with the house sauce; more spicy with some sweet. The husband is from Kansas so that's his style. I followed them on IG instantly!!

This food is amazing!!! I don't know how they flavor the meat for the tacos but wow it's to perfection!! The customer service is also great, so friendly and accommodating!

The food was absolutely delicious! Just ordered the sampler for myself and the 3 street tacos for my boyfriend. We decided on different sides so we'd try a little bit of everything. The service was great! You can pay with tap/card. I've gone to food trucks with only cash services and that's super frustrating. Ambiance was positive since they came from 5pm-8pm to Palazzo Townhomes. We got to work out and have a great dinner I hope they come back again so I can try more things off the menu! The street tacos, queso taco and ribs were SOOOO good. And the baked beans were probably my favorite side. Hopefully we can try Mac and cheese next time! Hot ticket item was out.
