I'd give it a zero star but yelp won't let me. This place is a total hoax. Was sold a coupon but when I got there she up sold me to a package. After 3 visits and absolutely no results we did pictures that showed I looked bigger. She kept saying it was inflammatory response and to just stick with it and I would see results. I never saw one bit of difference and the tape measure didn't change. This program is a total zero.

Amazing little find! Ten minutes with Dr. Tim and he was able to completely release a stubborn knot in my trap that no massage therapist or other Chriopractor has been able to budge! They have great prices and an outstanding staff.

I really love the staff and doctors. They are attentive and go out of their way to help the client. The staff is all knowledgeable and speak from the heart. My wife and I have both seen them for weight management. My wife also gets her Botox done there. They offer A+ service.

Great staff and always pleasant when I go in. I have been going here for almost a year and am very pleased with their services. I have recommended all my friends go and check it out.

I went in today to get my lips done by Rachel at the Glendale location. let me just say...wow. this girl is phenomenal. I've had my lips done once before, and my experience was so much better this time. I expected a lot of discomfort like the first time, but did not experience any discomfort at all. I'm not exaggerating, I didn't even feel the needle at all. Rachel is the best. she's an artist! my lips are full and perfect, and it was painless! go to her! you will never want to go anywhere else for facial fillers ever again, I guarantee it. and they are priced way better than everywhere else in the valley. THANK YOU RACHEL!!!

I really like this small clinic, close to my house. Great job on Botox and Juvaderm at a price I can afford. I am a highly satisfied customer. Also--the DO administering the products was the Director at National Laser Institute, which helped put me at ease. The only down side is that the office esthetic is not very warm or inviting which is not important to the overall reason I go there. Staff is friendly and knowledgable.

I was pleased with the service I received from Vitality Med Spa. They are willing let you take home your B-12 shots and administer yourself, which was great for me! They are also very well priced for their services! !

The staff were very helpful and dr Hicks spent quite a lot of time consulting with me. I definitely wasn't use to a doctor spending that much time with me. My husband has been going here for quite some time and he has always had a great experience there.

Love the Doctor and staff, but, NOT THE COMPANY. They raise prices and discontinue programs without notifying their clients. I've been a every 3 month client for 2-3 years and last year, they discontinued their membership program and this year they increased their botox by $1.00 per unit. In both cases, I was not made aware of this until I had received treatment and was paying. In my most recent experience, if I had known of the increase, I would not have added juvederm. This is one thing I definitely have to budget. I realize now, going forward, and if I decide to continue coming to Vitality, I will be sure to ask when making my appointment for pricing AND also again before treatment. Not how it should be! In the meantime, I will shop around and I must add, if I continue with Vitality, it will be because of Dr. Miller and NOT the company. I have never been as pleased with anyone as I have Dr. Miller. He is spot on and will be the only reason I return. 5 stars for staff and doctor and 1 for the company, which is why I rated them a 3.
