Almost caught up with my reviews, Crumbl has been awesome for these visits French toast: this one was really good! I would have eaten it even without the buttercream topping. I really liked the texture of the French toast. Definitely would get again! Pink velvet cake: this was so good! So moist and the right amount of sweetness. Love cream cheese frosting and the little cake bits on top. Would get again! S'mores cake: not a favorite. Kinda dry and I didn't like the harden chocolate on top. It was boring. Silk pie/key lime pie: I've reviewed key lime before, it's a repeat and an absolute FAV! The silk one was pretty good! It didn't have the best reviews on social but I'm glad I tried it cause I enjoyed it. Thought the chocolate mousse was creamy. If I was craving chocolate, I would get it again. Chocolate cake: basic chocolate cake, thought mine was dry and boring. Wouldn't get again.

If I could give negative stars I would Emilia refused service with poor attitude and rolled her eyes multiple times. I had purchasesd a Shadow Ridge couple book that included 1 free cookie coupon that does not expire until 7/25. She refused service and blamed it on her manager. When I asked for the managers number she was rude, rolled her eyes and with attitude said I am not giving you that! With a coupon with the address to redeem and it being within the expiration date refused service. We will never come back to this location due to how she handled the coupon and how many times she rolled her eyes. I have made a complaint with corporate as well, and now filing with the BBB since it is a vaild coupon that was sponsored. The community needs to know that they are no longer supporting the HS students they signed up to support. Coupon picture is below to provide the address and it was with the vaild period to redeem. Great job Emilia, you could of had more poise and rolled your eyes less, all because she didnt want to provide manager information who is now refusing this coupon.

Cookies are so delicious and addictive! Great as client gifts and perfect for any occasion! Every order has always been perfect! Love that Crumbl Cookies always puts a smile on clients faces and makes their day so much better!

Drive thru ... very convenient. The only thing that was a bit of a downer was the person that was tending to the drive-through was very rushy. She also didn't wipe off the banana pudding off the edges of the cup before giving it to us and also did not give us spoons!!

They are so quick and always ensure consistency!! I do a lot of large boxes for gifts for client offices and they are always a great treat!!

Friendly staff always nice, sometimes out of cookies but always have a positive attitude. drive thru is quick too

Literally the best crumbl experience i have ever had! The 3 girls were so polite and had excellent customer service! The banana bread cookie was so delicious and the store was super clean!

My all time favorite cookies, it's sweet and huge you can't go wrong with chocolate cookie , I hope they will keep butter cake cookie permanent in their menu
