Crumbl - Chandler Hamilton High

The unseasoned school aged youth who work here, are very nice, respectful, and keep this location tidy! Their chocolate chip cookies are good but, they told me that, their oreo ones are the best!!! I haven't tried that one! It's easy in/out, as well as, easy to place your order on the screen. They are speedy on bringing out your order as well. Although, I haven't been a huge cookie eating human, I'm addicted to their cookies and find myself going to one of their locations more than, I'd like to admit. There's plenty of parking onsite!

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 after getting some stuff at AutoZone. The employees were working on making cookies and didn't even look up when I walked in. The cookies were delicious, as always, but were kind of tossed in the box. I got two molten lava cake, one vanilla birthday cake, and one oatmeal chocolate chip. My husband loved the birthday cake one and also enjoyed the frosting. The molten lava cake was recommended to me and did not disappoint! I will definitely be getting that one again. We shared the cookies with friends! This location is not the closest to my house, so I probably won't be back, as I was just on the way home from work. The cookies are consistent at every location I've been to, but the customer service was not very good at this particular location, as the employees didn't even say a word to me, even after I said "thanks! Have a nice day!" after grabbing my cookies.

This is my favorite crumble store! Though the last two visits they did forget toppings on a couple of cookies but I didn't notice till I got home. But I thinkThey make them the best at this location!

Delicious! Friendly and quick, was able to order a couple of dozen cookies for teachers and they looked beautiful.

Me and my grandson went to try the new cookies and Omg the cornbread cookie was delicious and the people were so friends and helpful even gave us a free cookie

These are some good cookies very sugary but they taste so good great for parties or events

I absolutely love Crumbl cookies and all of their selections. My only concern for this store and reason they receive a 3 out of 5 is because of the young staff who work there. This crew of kids is not the most friendly and receptive when dealing with customers, and they really need to work on their customer service skills.

Cookies are always sooo good, love the different varieties. Easy to place irders in store and ahead of time.

I have really grown to like some of their cookies and cakes and enjoy the different stuff weekly. These places "is what they is". The staff are usually not too friendly kids working and it's basically order yourself and they bring it to you and you leave! No where to sit and enjoy your warm cookie! I applaud the fresh variety cookie concept but the set up is very un-customer friendly and cold.
