Chocolate chip cookies filled with large chocolate chunks. It also comes with a nice box!

What's the point of this location? Each time we go, they are either "out" of a specific cookie or as the girl at the front says "done for the day with cooking them". Mind you, this will be the middle of an afternoon around 1pm. The rare times we have gone and they actually have cookies, they're usually dry and clearly not fresh. I've had to return a cookie once because they prepared it wrong from how it was supposed to be. It's unfortunate that this is the closest location to us, but not worth it. Please figure out better management crumbl.

Obviously this is amazing. I think in this I got the regular chocolate chip cookie as well as the pumpkin cream cheese thing. Chefs kiss.. or should I say bakers kiss ;)

Don't waste your money because it's not worth it. They falsely advertise and then tell you that they're only allowed to put certain amounts on the cookies when you ask for it to look like the advertisement you see online everywhere. You're better off buying ingredients from the store yourself and making it at home. Which is what I will be doing in the future. You can literally count the number of berries. Why offered this flavor if you can't afford to make it?

When you fist enter this place; it's smells so good and it matches the beautiful pink boxes. Very pretty place for a cute picture. These cookies are really good and big. I get full with half. The service was quick as I was the only one on a week day at noon. They have a lot of employees.

Love crumbl always a good go to for kids and myself. Great for giving as well cause who doesn't love cookies. Always kind and friendly when we go in too. Never a wait!

Just curious why I didn't receive a response after sending an email per your request? Empty promises just as the service was delivered along with the presentation and taste of the $5 plus cookies purchased. Please follow through with your word and respond

I love that crumbl always has new flavors of cookies to try out. Since they are soo sweet we only crave them and splurge every so often. We went to this location to try out 2 new things and left happy. It was super quick and service was good. I like the convenience of this location considering it is right off the freeway. Cookies tasted good, fresh, and SWEET!

I didn't order all these coconut cream pies and I didn't even notice until I opened it at 10:30pm

First time here at this location. Cookies are not cheap, let's start with that, but they usually are good so I figure why not splurge. I order cookies for delivery, and I received them, with what looks like a bite taken out of one of the cookies! What?! At first, I thought it was delivery but, I remember that the sticker wasn't tampered with at all... I called to let them know, they sort of laughed it off, I don't even know who I spoke too, a woman. But, she told me I had to come in today to get my refund for a cookie or whatever. I can't come in today. These cookies are $18. lol, I can't believe this I feel like they should have some tact cause my goodness! So upsetting. Keep in mind when you get delivery, they might help themselves before packing your box!
