Crumbl - Glendale

Love the chocolate chip cookie and the size too. I definitely recommend!!! I suggest cutting it in 4 as it has too many calories

I love Crumbl cookies but the customer service at this location is terrible. The girls are so unfriendly every time I've come in. They never greet you or ask if you have questions. I went in today and there was a guy in front of me using the screen. When he was done, I walked up and started adding my order to the cart. A worker comes up and just pulls the screen towards her and starts touching buttons. I was literally almost done and she didn't even say anything. I had a birthday coupon and she said I had to do a pickup order because the system wasn't working and I said okay. Then she said the coupon wouldn't work on the cake option for the week. And I said it would because my twin sister used her coupon and it worked for the cake cookie. She rolls her eyes and said "okay" and walked away. Then she went in the back to talk about it because other girls came out to stare. Just rude.

Great bakery! I've always heard great things about their cookies but I had to try. All the cookies came out soft and delectable, each very sweet. On top of that, on entering the establishment we were happily greeted and even assisted in making our decisions. Located within Westgate (during December) it's a great stop to stroll the entire area which was decorated for Christmas.

The lady at the counter was nice, but this is the like the Crumbl that time forgot. They don't have the minis like all the locations near me do. Maybe that's a location-specific option? The self-help kiosks don't work and the checkout system screen at the counter is yellowing and barely readable. The store lighting is poor. The cookies were messy, but they tasted decent.

One of the most delicious cookies I have eaten is Crumbl's lemon poppyseed cookie. It is soft, chewy and tangy. One bite and I cannot stop.Why don't I have a picture? I ate it before I realized I forgot to take a picture. Oooops!!!!

Don't come in at 9:40 on a Saturday night because they're half out of their options they don't know any questions you ask and the two boys are pretty much just worried about getting out. I asked for at least a soft cookie which my cookie was still hard I definitely would not suggest coming to this location especially on a busy night when there's absolutely no customers inside you would think that they would be prepared for customers but unfortunately they're standing around and don't have any answers to any questions.

Perfect place if you have a sweet tooth for sure. The cookies are huge and very filling! I enjoy how there is always something different each week. Went there on a Friday night and got the cookies right away. The employee was patient and very nice when we asked what cookies they would recommend for us. The place is nice and clean with the black and pink colors that surround the lobby. The only criticism I had is it is a little pricey. Overall, it's a good place to go to if you are craving a filling dessert.

I came in yesterday to use my free birthday cookie. I was super excited and ordered an Oreo and a Brownie Batter. The lady helping at the cashier was very friendly. However, the lady making the cookies behind the cashier was not so friendly. First, the Oreo cookie came out and the frosting was just thrown everywhere on the cookie as if she did not care at all. Then she handed me another cookie, and when I opened the box it was not the other cookie I had ordered (brownie batter). When I told her about it, she rolled her eyes and said "well it's not my fault" as if she had no care in the world to fix it. Then as I proceeded to tell another lady that it wasn't the right order, she went and got my brownie batter cookie. Once I was home and opened my cookies, I noticed a hair lying underneath my Brownie Batter cookie. I most definitely will not be returning to Crumbl nor this location.

Easy location and always smells amazing! Wish they had the mini's available more often
