Crumbl - Queen Creek

I've gone to this crumble location on many occasions. It always smells so good in there. They are super friendly and very helpful. Today I walked in to find the cutest little pies followed by more mini pies. They have pies through Thanksgiving. I believe they are testing them out for the holidays. They have different flavors, pumpkin, pecan, Keylime and many more. Please see my pictures. I thought this was a great idea. I am going to do this for Thanksgiving. This way everyone in my family can have their favorite pie.

Service was always good at this location. I have so many favorites from chocolate to the lemon cookie. My go to spot if I want a cookie!

Place to curbside order, checked in, sat here and watched everybody inside just stand around talking finally went in after waiting a long time only to discover my order was sitting on the counter

I stopped in for my birthday cookie. Make sure to make an account on the app & every year a day or so before your birthday you should find it living in the voucher section. The place smells delish from the minute you open the door and all the workers are always so friendly. I can never make up my mind which cookie I'm getting so I just went with the original. Soooo gooood!!!!!

Got a gift card to try this place out. Cookie places suddenly seem to be all the rage. The vibe is very modern and clean. There's a limited menu that seems to change frequently. We got a big party box for sharing. We especially enjoyed the brownie sundae, the chocolate chip, and Kentucky butter. The brownie sundae almost tasted like pudding on the top!? All great flavors and certainly beautiful looking. Workers were helpful and attentive. The graham cracker one was the one I was probably most excited about, but it didn't taste overly graham like. Fun experience to share with house guests, but cookies are very pricey for a more frequent stop.

Honestly, I am not a fan of the cookies at Crumbl. They are very overpriced, too sweet/rich for my taste, and customer service is a flop most times. Ambiance is lacking and does not hold up to its competitors. Additionally, on top of all of this, I find it hard to support this business when I've heard they do not treat employees well. Save yourself the money, go elsewhere.

Came in .. the cashier (Glenn) had a group of other people that seemed to be his friends or relatives .. taking too long to take other people's order. When it was finally our turn to place our order, we ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies and he said we had to wait 20 mins .. there were at least 7 people behind me. We decided not wait. Also Glenn kept touching his face, picking his nose, and touching his hair ... while handling the other cookie orders. Probably not his fault, but you can see the lack of training and coaching.

This location is great. They always deliver on time and never mess up orders. We appreciate you crumbl.

My family and I are returned customers but after this week we'll take a break. I'm a little disappointed as I haven't head back.
