I've been at the gym for 2 months now and even with my little experience it's been a great experience. I was a high school and college athlete and since I left the structured team environment my workouts have been inconsistent at best. Here the coaches are instructive and often have solutions for beginners on how to modify workouts to help you get up to speed and keep yourself from getting hurt. They push you at the same time to make sure that the hour you spend there isn't wasted. That's why I switched to CrossFit. It was going to the gym 3-4 times a week and often times I just showed up and went through the motions. That's not the culture or pace of Preferred. They push every class to get stronger and or improve endurance. It's much more expensive than a traditional gym but I am getting a much great return of value for the money and more importantly time I'm investing with them. They absolutely have my recommendation. My wife also recently started and she has never consistently worked out before and most of the instructors have done a great job helping her as she begins to build a base of strength and endurance.

What can I say!!! I am so pleased with this gym. I'm very impressed with the layout and how clean the gym is. Everything was sanitized before and after. I'm super impressed with the wod and meal planning that was being offered and Tiersa was fabulous. Highly recommend this gym.

One of the more intense boxes. A little intimidating for those coming off the couch.Every gym is different, and if you are looking for the SealFit experience, this is the gym for you. Otherwise I would start somewhere else.

The trainers here were super nice and helpful about guiding proper lifting form, while creating very fun workouts that could be adjusted to different levels of fitness and skill. It was evident that their members also love the gym - it was a real community! If you have kids, there's a kids room for them to stay while you work out.

This is by far the best method of health maintenance and fitness training I have ever done, and I can say that with confidence after coming here for only a month and a half. I've been an athlete all my life, playing high school basketball, football, and a state competitor in track & field, and this is the smartest and most functional type of training I've seen. I'd heard bad things about "crossfit" before I started going to this gym (only from people who have never done it, of course..) and decided to try it out for myself. This gym is organized and safe, with a staff that knows technique and form very well so people don't get hurt. We always warm up well, do a strength training portion, then the workout of the day (WOD). Every single day is different and keeps your body guessing, and in a short period of time I've made leaps and bounds in my overall strength, aesthetics, and cardiovascular endurance. If the workout is too intense, the trainers will tone it down to match your level.Their pricing is decent: First week is free (to get a lil taste), then the first month is only $50 to make sure you're up for it, and from then on it jumps to $125 a month for a single person-- which equates to less than $5.70 per visit if you go 5 days a week, 22 days out of a 30 day month. For a hands on, scheduled workout in a class-like atmosphere, that's more than worth it. It's less than what you'd spend at McDonald's anyways so do yourself a favor and make that trade ;)

It had been way too long since I worked out when I tried this place. They were patient and cheered me along the way. I dropped 20 lbs in 6month of consistent classes. Give it a try. Intense but changed my direction!

Great place. I actually just moved here about 3 1/2 months ago checked out two other places that ended up not being a fit for me. When I came to CrossFit Preferred I immediately knew I had found my home.Love the fact it's very competitive, I'm continually strengthening my body, pushing myself to achieve things I didn't think I would be able to do at my age. Coaches are great and very very helpful. And a added bonus is the other people at CrossFit Preferred. They get three thumbs up for me!!!
