Crème & Chocolats

I've been a customer for a few years now because the crepes are pretty good. The customer service aspect though is a hit or miss as staff is typically not friendly. A simple smile, hello, and or a thank you can go a long way....

After careful consideration of staying in on another hot day, we ventured out to get ice cream. I've been having cravings for sweet things and chocolates, so why not here! I moved out here back in 2018 and always had this place on my place to visit. It took me way too long to try it out.Dana Park itself is very pretty and clean, so walking up to see their cute patio area was a nice touch! The cafe is very cute and they have menu boards up on their wall. We ordered a medium s'mores cone and medium caramel crunch.I was expecting a basic chocolate shell, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was a thick chocolate coating! The smores cone was very good! There were mini marshmallows on the coating, and it came with a toasted marshmallow!My husband's cone was the caramel crunch, also with the chocolate coating and caramel popcorn on the outside. This made the very warm night enjoyable and the service was terrific!

Such a cute little hidden spot. It's tucked away in the shopping center near the large fountain. The ambiance and decor is adorable The strawberry banana crepe with dark chocolate was so good. My kids loved it. The employees were the reason I knocked off a star. I tried striking up conversation with them and they were stand offish and seemed a little rude. We will be back! 10/10 Great Crepes, Ice cream, desserts, ice cream dips, so many choices. Really enjoyed our choices. Cute decor. Was surprisingly busy little spot.

The crepes are always amazing here you won't find anywhere better, sometimes wish the strawberries were a bit fresher, maybe they're not in season. One time i had a question about the menu and the gentleman was rude and I guessing couldn't admit he just didn't know the menu well. Had he I would've stopped asking about it lol. The ladies are always super nice though!

Stopped by for some crepes because this place sure does know how to make them! I have most recently been ordering through Grubhub and have had no complaints with my orders.Recently though, I decided to stop in. Upon walking in we saw that it was busy. There was a family of 4 ahead of us in line and some tables were occupied. There were two girls working. We didn't wait too long in line and we ordered. We ordered two regular sized crepes. We were lucky to find a table after we placed our orders and the table was very sticky and dirty. Actually all the tables were and so we decided to stay at this "less dirty" one. Took about 20 minutes for our crepes to be ready, but we didn't mind. Other people were getting pretty irritated. The crepes were very good as they always are! They have complimentary cold water and so we got up a few times to get some. As I was done eating my crepe, (thankfully) I looked down and there was a nasty fat cockroach laying upside down kicking its legs in the air..... Ugh gross. That then made me look around and I realized that this entire place was very dirty. The windows were dirty, the mirror in front of me was super dirty and had all these streaks on it, and the baseboards / floors were all sticky and gross..This entire place needs a major cleaning. A very deep cleaning. I wonder what the back looks like?....

Fantastic little shop with unique offering, a cozy atmosphere and nice people. Brought my daughter here after a hard day at school and it turned the whole day around for her, you should check it out!

If it wasn't for the kind service, this would have been a one star review. I can't attest to their ice cream but the crepes were inedible. Located next to the fountain in Dana Plaza, Creme & Chocolats offered a simple selection of ice cream, crepes and waffles. They were notably busy in the evening and every seat was taken. The floor and tables weren't consistently cleaned and everything I touched was sticky. The build your own crepe came in two sizes where I opted for the smaller. Each crepe came with a choice of chocolate, fruit purée and fresh fruit. A scoop ice cream was a possible add on for three dollars more. *Crepe: although the crepes were assembled in front of us, we noticed that crepes was precooked and placed onto the counter. This led to them being cold and chewy. The batter was applied too thickly, hence the unappealing texture and bite. The consistency resembled rubber. *Chocolate: available options were various iterations of milk, dark and white chocolate. I opted for the milk caramel which had the slightest prescience of caramel. The chocolate wasn't tempered well and upon arrival, most of the chocolate was chalky and hardened. *Fruit purée: out of strawberry, blueberry, mango and raspberry, I chose the first. However, the purée had no element of fruitiness or freshness. There was a concentrated smear at the center of the crepe, where it soured the chocolate. Led to a rancid bite where I couldn't finish the rest. *Fruit: between strawberries and bananas, I chose the latter. They did provide two bananas worth of slices and this unadulterated inclusion was the only acceptable aspect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their menu but the execution was questionable. The sauces were held in a water bath and I saw residual water from the bottles splashing onto the counter. Cleanliness was not their strong suit nor was the quality of ingredients being used. From the crepe to the fillings and toppings, I felt disappointed with the presentation and taste.
