We used CICC for our wedding, our guests can't stop raving about them and neither can we!! Sasha was amazing at helping us from the start and was so communicative throughout the whole planning phase. She was also there the night of to make sure everything went smoothly.Everything we tried at the tasting was delicious and it tasted even better at the wedding, which we were worried about consistency given we had about 175 plates of food.The service the day of the wedding was just on another level. As bride and groom, I never was without a drink or food, they made sure we got to try everything while we were taking pictures and kept checking on us throughout the dinner service. Sarah was just absolutely amazing and so sweet, as well as the rest of the team. They provided this high standard of service to all of our guests.We hope to get to work with them in the future for another event. We definitely recommend Creations in Cuisine for your next occasion!

We worked with Creations in Cuisine Catering for our wedding, and they did a great job! Sasha was very helpful throughout the entire process - from menu development and tasting to equipment rental and set up. It was very convenient to order tables, linens, flatware and bar service from CICC instead of finding another vendor(s). The team that worked our wedding was professional, helpful and extremely attentive to us and our guests. Pam, Sarah and Ashley B. helped make the night a total success and the food was INCREDIBLE. They also left the kitchen and food set up areas spotless when they departed. Our bartender, Duane, was awesome and kept the bar running smoothly and the drinks flowing. We highly recommend CICC for weddings and other events.

The team at CNC did an amazing job with the brunch spread at our wedding. They were incredibly organized with the planning phase, came in cost competitive for many of the items, and were responsive in communication leading up to the day of the wedding including last minute adjustments. We received numerous complements from our guests on the food served at our wedding (even from people who don't like breakfast food that it was the best omelette they have ever had) and think the team serviced the wedding well. Would highly recommend you considering this team for any of your event catering needs.

Creations in Cuisine catered our daughter's wedding at the Phoenix Art Museum at the end of April, 2019. They were fantastic. With 85 plated dinners, everyone's food arrived at the tables hot and cooked perfectly. The sauce on the baked cod was delicious, the steak was tasty and tender. The Vegetarian spaghetti pie was so good, we had many guests order that just because we talked it up ahead of time.Everyone knows that though quality is important, if the service doesn't match, then the evening can be ruined. NOT A PROBLEM. The service was excellent. Shout out to Veronica who served us at the Parent's Table. She did an outstanding job, going above and beyond what she needed to do for us. Jade - your crew was awesome.Thank you Amber, for making our overall experience fabulous. You communicated with us prior to the event and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The wedding was perfect, and the food was a great compliment to the joy we felt that evening.

We had the pleasure of having our wedding catered by this fantastic company. Kevin was a dream to work with! He was always in contact with us, making sure any questions we had were answered. The food was nothing short of amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better dinner to share with our families on our wedding night. Thank you Kevin and the Creations in Cuisine team! Creations in Cuisine provided exceptional service, top-tier food, and a flawless experience at our award ceremony. The professionalism of their team and the quality of their offerings helped make the event a memorable one for all involved. We received numerous compliments from our employees about the food and decor. We gave Sasha a vision and she replicated it flawlessly and gave us suggestions that enhanced the design. Much more than a caterer, they provide flatware, linens and flowers as well. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I attended an event recently that included 150-200 people. The buffet offerings included three entrees including a vegetarian option (which I appreciated when reading the menu), beef and chicken, salad, and green chili mac and cheese. In the buffet line there were at least 40 people behind me. I would like to say that the salad was bright, crisp and crisp but there was none left. I would also like to say that the Paella Stuffed Pepper was delicious but there was none left. I would like to say that the chicken was plump and juicy but, although it looked, smelled and the pan sauce and toppings tasted delicious it was very dry. The Chimichuri Flank Steak was absolutely the best part of the whole meal. It was perfectly cooked and melt in your mouth tender. The service staff were very apologetic and obviously embarrassed and in my opinion left hanging by a front person who should have taken the hit for the discrepancies.

We hired Creations in Cuisines for our wedding at Agave of Sedona (venue) and they were amazing from beginning to end!!! We had to postpone our wedding multiple times due COVID and we could not have been more thankful for CIC for being a great partner throughout it all. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Amber who was our main point of contact. She was super responsive, helpful, professional, had incredible attention to detail, and brought a sense of calm and positivity in a stressful time. We truly felt like we were amongst family with Amber and felt taken care of. Beyond the incredible customer service, the food was so so delicious, unique, and artful! We did a heavy hors d'oeuvre style dinner (the street tacos and street corn were amazing!) with milkshakes for dessert, instead of cake. We received so many compliments from our guests on the food and how friendly the staff was. CIC also helped us make a menu that accommodated a variety of dietary needs (Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free), and met the event's vibe. They also helped us make decisions on the event to make it more eco-friendly. CIC was so great to work with. We could not recommend them enough!!!
