Cozy Claw

This is my first claw machine review out of the hundred places we went to. We wanted to write them the best review since they made us really happy with our experience. We have been to a lot of different claw machines in Vegas and across California, but this is the greatest one so far and most likely will be for a while. The toys are all adorable and I want to keep them all. It was perfect time because they have ornaments style for my Christmas tree.Also I want to mention their employees are excellent at helping all of their customers, and they make sure to keep their machine stocked so you can get more toys. Lastly, it was great to encounter their owners, they generously exchanged some of our prices and made sure we had the best experience. It was a really amazing time and we're completely overwhelmed based on the time we spent there. They really deserve that 5 STARS!!!

Got an hour to kill and money burning in your pocket? I think now would be a great time to introduce you to COZY CLAWWWW. We were headed over to see a special showing of My Neighbor Totoro at a Tempe movie theater and thought it would be fun to take our 11 year old to Cozy Claw beforehand for a dose of bright colors, K-pop, and stuffies. Upon arrival, there was a small line of families and some couples waiting to enter outside the door. They have a plastic bench out there, if you're curious. When families leave, then the bouncer (yes, bouncer) will let you in to keep the space from being overly crowded. Plus you get some time to get excited and see the other people leaving with the big clear backpack full of stuffies that they've earned. When you're finally allowed into the brightly lit single large room, you're greeted with the sounds of excitement and frustration alike as claws drop Pokemon, anthropomorphic food items, axolotls, and anime characters all around you. The large claw games offer different themed stuffies, while there are also mini character claw games and gacha balls (I opted for the Sailormoon one while my dudes went after the Pikachus in different Pokemon outfits). I saw the employees coming through often to add more stuffies to the machines, purposely popping one stuffy on the top of the pile in a way that would be ideal for a kid to jump on the claw and snag easily. When a specific toy (maybe it's a game filled with different colored toys and you want the red one) is stuffed into a corner, the employees will pop it open, rearrange the toys for ideal grabbing, and you're good to go once more. Great customer service, fun vibe, easy to spend a lot of money in a short amount of time. My son had a great time, but we didn't see a lot of claw machines that had things we wanted. Maybe three? So that's my only qualm here, personally. Otherwise, enjoy!

We had such a fun experience at Cozy Claw this past weekend. My kids were still raving about it afterwards and then called their friends to brag about all their winnings. I saw more smiles than disheartened looks as they played the machines. At other claw machine places they felt very disappointed with each loss but at Cozy Claw even if they loss the outlook of winning was higher than losing. At one point they were winning plushies in a row that I was afraid they were growing an addiction to these games. Anyway, the employees were great at restocking and arranging plushies to help the little ones win. So many happy kids. Service was top notch and special thanks to Tony who was so kind to all the customers. His acumen in this type of business was well noted. We had one of the best experiences here!

This place is awesome. I've taken my 5yr old 'stuffie fanatic' daughter twice and she not only has so much fun, she leaves SO happy. Everything is well stocked, the toys aren't packed in, they're much more high quality and the claw machines aren't rigged like everywhere else. The employees are super friendly and we're just thrilled to have such a cool place down the street from us to visit often.

Super fun place! Hours are interesting and limited. But the machines are easy to win on and you can trade in your prizes for a bigger prize when you're done!

Small but cute claw arcade great for a quick date activity - you could spend much longer if you don't mind spending more money haha.Tons of families with kids around opening time on Saturday. I like how plushies are actually winnable here. I won 1 after spending $20 which was exciting but then disappointing after seeing some kids with tons of plushies lol. Some kids are so good at it!Overall would definitely return - staff is super nice and helpful if you gave questions. Only wishes would be to have some machines with larger items - you can only redeem those via trading in smaller plushies as well as some ventilation as it was a bit stuffy with so many families.

Well Yelp, here's another great place. Both for kids and the kid inside of you!Very clean place. Customer service was awesome! And a great atmosphere. My gf's daughter had a blast and so did I. It's a dollars a try but tokens is what feeds the machine..and you will win something..that's a promise.So get out and enjoy a day with your tiny loved one or your adult loved one. You or your group will have a blast. Kinda like kid memories..Enjoy and Thank You Cozy Claw!!!

Such a cute date spot. Be prepared to spend alot of money. The machines aren't easy breezy. But I got a cute cat shark and a penguin plush for $40

Cozy claw is so fun if you love claw machines! There are a lot of machines and the prizes are cute. You can exchange a number of plushies for a bigger one at the counter. They constantly update their plushies and post it on their Instagram. The owners are really friendly! The space is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend checking it out!

So much fun....even for adults! Got 11 stuffies in about 30 min. Employees are super helpful and accommodating. Plus you can trade up to something bigger if you want to. Will definitely be back!
