Cotoia Catering

Ordered a dozen Christmas tamales from Cotoia Catering for $40. They arrived piping hot accompanied by seasoned sour cream. We'll be having those for lunch today with our guests. They smell and look delicious! Jackie is very easy to work with. She accepts payment through Zelle and Venmo. She caters all kinds of food. Use her for your next party!

Jacqueline with Cotoia Catering hosted our wedding in October 2023. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great. Guests shared that some of the appetizers were served frozen in the middle. The "lemon chicken with rosemary" was some kind of golf ball sized chicken nugget things. Most everything was bland and unremarkable. Even though several guests didn't make it or stay for dinner, they were not prepared and ran out of plastic utensils. They told guests to cut the chicken with two forks. The owner went table to table during dinner passing out her business card. She text me after asking for feedback. I responded with a very polite message sharing that we were underwhelmed and about the frozen appetizers, but she didn't bother to respond. If spending big money on your special day, I would recommend looking at other options. Their price to value was terrible.

The Cotoia's are great people with hearts of gold! We recently had our food tasting and the food was delicious. My fiancé and I are getting married November this year. We chose tacos rice and beans and the esquite corn in a cup and some chimis with potato and chicken. So tasty and flavorful. The Cotoia's also mentioned they bought/ cooked everything fresh for that day. Which was a small detail that she said that truly proved that they care about the quality and perfection of their business. They have been such a pleasure working with us and what we like. I will recommend this catering company to everyone having an event in the future.

They make amazing tamales! The chicken and black beans ones were the ones I ordered. Delicious! The sauce that comes with them is delicious as well.

We recently used Cotoia Catering to cater and serve for my Mother's Celebration of Life party. I can't say enough about The Cotoias and their crew! The food and service was fantastic, but the greatest compliment I can give them is that they fit seamlessly into the flow of the evening - I didn't realize that they were even there. Having worked with several catering services over the years, it is rare that I am not pulled from hosting to help manage something that is going on. This was such an important gathering and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and spot on service.

Working with Jacque of Cotoia Catering for my daughter's wedding in Sedona was just a dream! She is such an easy, sweet person to deal with. She had great recommendations for the food and all of it was delicious! My daughter and her fiancé woke up on their wedding day with Covid, so Jacque and her team had to work hard to change from a buffet to plated dinner. Comfort Food for the Homeless was blessed with Cotoia Catering donating delicious meals for 35 homeless youth at our events at the Tumbleweed Center. They cater 8 events for the homeless youth. The food was delicious. The homeless youth were grateful for the amazing food that they were able to eat and take with them so they would have one more meal to eat that day. Cotoia Catering made a beautiful, fresh and very healthy meals for our 8 events. They demonstrated 100% that Food Is Love. I highly recommend Cotoia Catering.
