I purchased a massage through Groupon. Massage was okay. Didn't make a difference honestly. I still had tension and stiff shoulders. Maybe I needed professional help? I decided to see the chiropractor after since I had really bad pain still. Even the chiropractor at the office said I was pretty stiff after the massage. He did some little shock thing on my back and some X-rays. I guess that was fine. The next time I came back was to discuss the results of the X-rays. They decided to go over the rates and payment options before they explained what was wrong with me. I feel like as a business I would've explained the X-rays first and treatments needed then pricing. I was willing to pay but I felt like I could save my $1000 upfront or $2100 if I did payments. I rather work out and relieve stress with some at home techniques. To add: I wanted to purchase an item for my neck. And the representative couldn't even find the item. I know she was new but dang! Giving them 2 stars because I wish them luck! Their existing patients looked kinda happy I guess while I was there both visits.

Dr. Warren, Ann and their staff are top notch. I've been in here for massages, adjustments and laser therapy. I've been very impressed by their professional atmosphere and the results I got each time. I also like to support a local family and business. Today Dr. Warren adjusted my back and I feel like a million bucks! He also did laser therapy on a nerve injury I have. It was painless and he walked me through every step of the process. I appreciate the time he spent with me. I truly feel like he cares about each one of his clients and their best interest. I will continue to recommend them to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Warren for almost a year. He has taken the time to find out the best approach to help my back issues. We came up with a long term plan for improvement and so far it has been effective. The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am glad I chose Dr. Warren for therapy. I recommend him to everyone.

Cornerstone Wellness was recommended to me by my brother. I was in need of chiropractic care and was looking for a place to start going to. The team there is friendly and professional, and Dr. Warren is great! I'm glad I was made aware of this place, and look forward to future visits!

Thus is not recommend. The reason was the same as other people who bought it from Groupon. 60 min massages went to delay.

This office has been of tremendous help for me. Starting with the easy appointment accomodations with the office manager Kirsten and the great treatments I am getting from Dr. Warren and the rest of the crew. After a neck injury put me on a leave of absence, my short term disability insurance was horrible to deal with but the front desk assistance was extremely cooperative and pleasant to deal with. Dealing with insurance companies is the worst thing specially during a pandemic. I will continue doing my adjustments moving forward at Cornerstone Wellness.

I'm not sure who Dr. Warren is but I see Dr. Elrey and he's pretty good with adjustments. He doesn't do the typical adjustment every other Chiro does..he adjusts you to your specific needs. I love Beth and her injections have been tremendously helpful during my treatments. Great PT therapist too, I just adore Bennett. He is so patient & kind.

There are five parts to the review starting from booking with Groupon..It was difficult to get an appointment. I was booked at the Val Vista Location and found the place closed without being notified. Frustrated, and had to reschedule for service for another time and this time found the therapist very light and had to halt the treatment after 15 minutes and rescheduled. After a third and final try, they were very apologetic and gave me a very strong male therapist who just gave me one of the most effective massage. I would have given a 5 star but being juggling around and time wasted earned you a 3-star treatment. I will have to think hard to book another.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Incredibly rude office staff. Terrible services. Don't waste your time.

Best chiropractor I've been to. Clay is very caring and listens. Every other chiropractor I've been to treats you as just another dollar to them. I've been going to Cornerstone Wellness Center off and on for about ten years or more and if I hadn't I'd probably be on disability. I was having extreme back pain and migraines. My migraines are almost gone and my back pain is 100% gone. I don't just recommend Cornerstone Wellness Center I'd strongly advise people to go here for all their chiropractic needs.
