Copper State Pizza Truck

First, it's wood fired pizza! Yummy with the charred edges! Had the sausage pizza, with just the perfect amount of sausage, cheese and sauce. Slices are good nice with a tender, soft crust.They cook when ordered so there is a wait but we'll worth it!

Phenomenal truck. Great wood fired taste. The crust has just the right amount of snap. Better pricing than most in-line wood fired pizza places. One of my favorite pizzas in the valley, period. Love the owner. She's such a hard working entrepreneur, and stands in front of a 700-800 degree oven inside that truck, to make sure we get great food. If you see CSPT parked nearby, do yourself a flavor and grab a slice.

Best pizza I've had in a long time, really fast wait times too they were at verruccio farms and they were getting slammed (rightfully so) with orders and still it only took like around 10 minutes to get a pizza it was so good I went back and got another one

I was really surprised at how good their pizza was. First, it's on a food truck. Didn't think that was possible to have a pizza oven on a food truck! We have purchased pizza from them twice now. Have not been disappointed, their pizza is very good. We have asked for our order to be extra well done, we like the crust to be crispy. Out of three pizzas so far, two have been cooked perfect. However, our experience with them have been great. Can't really complain, and will continue to give them our business.

Between the tasty pizza and how easy it was to get everything set up, these lovely ladies made our work pizza party a great time! I can not recommend them enough. We had a bit of a curve ball with how we needed to stagger people getting their food and they rolled with it beautifully. Thank you so much!

Courtney and team did a great job at my daughter's wedding. They worked hard and made over 108 pizzas in a little over 2 hours to serve our guests. Everyone enjoyed the pizza and I didn't hear one complaint. Service was great, turn around time was minutes, and they were cheerful and pleasant to work with all evening. They even made a few exceptions for a few of our guests who were vegan and a special request for no cheese pizza. Just awesome service and the pizza was very good. We interviewed and tasted several pizzas from other vendors but Copper State Pizza Truck was the best tasting, best value, and best service. Save yourself some time and just book with Copper State Pizza. You will not regret it.

Great Pizza! Was a vendor at our employee party and the food was absolutely amazing and the Lady's running the truck were fantastic. Would suggest for any event.
