What a great experience I had last night with TJ and his catering skills.He put on an outstanding spread for me and 60 of my friends for a holiday gathering in my home. The food was outstanding and presentation was simply elegant. Everything was just perfect! Thanks to TJ and his crew.

Went to an event today and was pleasantly surprised to have such yummy tastings catered by Chef TJ. He was so friendly and personable and even showed me the inside of his food truck! Now let me talk about his food! Short rib and polenta cakes- red wine braised short ribs on a pan seared polenta cake- oh my these were so flavorful and tender and the polenta cake consistency was just perfect. I kept going back for these.Grilled chicken teriyaki skewers- marinated perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness. Most chicken teriyaki is too sweet for me but these were done right! Bruschetta bar had all the fixings- tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, burrata cheese, roasted garlic (this was my fave), blistered tomatoes, strawberry, fig goat cheese and pepper jam. Really loved all the food and the chef! Highly recommend if you need catering for any events.

I highly recommend calling Chef TJ for your next event. For the following reasonThe food was delicious We had Brisket, Pulled Pork, Beef Ribs Sides were cornbread, baked beans, roasted potatoes and Cesar Salad Service was outstanding. If i could give no stars, I would. Very unprofessional. Came a half hour late-which pushed my entertainment for the evening back a half hour. Did not set up quickly or offer service as promised. Helper and chef stood back and watched the line grow in between looking at their phones. Was promised vegetarian and gluten free options for a $3000 order. Had only slivers of palenta mush as the "option" for the vegetarians. We were promised guacamole-for the vegatarians and received cheese and nacho chips??? We were also promised gluten free bread for the bruschetta bar and the brownies- of which there were NONE. We were promised 90 entrees and desserts, and the desserts were gone within 5 minutes and many people complained they did not get them. When asked for a refund, Thomas Miranda kept saying he would "respond today" and a week later, has yet to respond. Don't call this guy. He is unprofessional and does not deliver what his soft spoken voice promises. Be careful who you give your money to.

My husband surprised me with a private dinner by Chef TJ and it was amazing! Food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the service was great. They came very well prepared and also left the kitchen spotless. We highly recommend them for your next event.

They catered my 60th birthday party and the food and service was excellent! The presentation and display were outstanding also!

Attended an event, which was catered by Copper State Kitchen, at a church fundraiser and was told there would be vegan options. Was very disappointed in the food options for vegans. 2 small quarter size polenta bites, chips and salsa with a few cut vegetables. Guacamole was non-existent and no alternative meat options. Highly disappointed in the glutten free bread and dessert options, as they too were not provided. Organizers were very apologetic and very disappointed in the service that was provided by the vendor. Would not recommend using this caterer.

Did not fulfil his order for our church event, and when asked for a partial refund, he lied and said he would pay it. He is not honorable in his business dealings. Would not do business with him again.

This review is for Chef Thomas Miranda and his team.On April 20, 2024 we were fortunate to be able to book Chef Thomas for a rather large wedding in Prescott Arizona.Chef Thomas made the entire experience a dream. He answers questions promptly, and listens to budget and preferences.The day of the wedding Chef Thomas and his team showed up on time and prepared an amazing buffet. Not only was it a beautiful display, all the items were delicious!!!!The wedding party was almost an hour late (doing pictures) for the dinner. Chef Thomas was not only gracious about the wait, but kept the food warm and fresh.I would highly recommend him for your next event. You won't be sorry!Trudy Gruver Prescott AZ
