Great experience popping in here around 4:30 on New Year's Day. Sat at the bar and Roberta our server guided us through our journey. "This is a journey.." She was very personable and took the time to explain things in a concise and efficient manner that was engaging. Ordered the skirt steak and it was perfectly charred and cooked medium rare and came with Parmesan French fries and roasted vegetables. What a delicious meal for a great price. The warm pretzel bread with butter was amazing. We ordered a glass of their Malbec which was the recommended pairing of red wine with our meal and it was perfect. The ambiance was elevated but not stuffy. Understated elegance in my book. Nice for a date night. Even signed up for the wine club which has its own features and benefits that's explained to you if you're interested after your meal. No high pressure sales tactics. Honestly, if you enjoy their label wines the club sells itself. As you enter or leave the entryway has wine tastings and even merchandise for sale. They have chocolates and truffles to go with your wine if you are so inclined. What a great find. You owe yourself to try this place and open your mind to all the possibilities. There are many on this journey if you slow down and allow it to happen...

I don't get it. Seriously. After five people told me I had to try this place, my double date night was set. But in hindsight? Should've just gone to Applebee's. Or a wine bar. Or a fast-food drive-thru.Let me break it down for you: unless you've got reservations, you're looking at a solid hour wait for two people. We had the foresight to reserve at 7 pm, so we were seated quickly, but that's when the circus began. The noise in this place is off the charts--at one point we had to yell our drink orders at the waitress. We were seated in the middle, which I'm pretty sure is just a fancy way of saying "we'll squish you in like sardines." There was no room to move, no room for conversation, and at one point, the table next to us felt like they were in our conversation. Nice.It took 20 minutes for anyone to take our drink order, and then over 45 minutes after that 20 minutes for the food to come out. Oh, and 25 minutes after ordering, we finally got one loaf of bread. I guess that's the "free" part? Nothing special about it, but hey, thanks for the carb-filled distraction. Our waitress got our order wrong three times. She had to come back to confirm our burgers... got it the last time after having to have her crouch down into each of us. And my blackened salmon? Yeah, I got the other salmon on the menu. But, honestly, by that point I was too hungry to care and didn't feel like waiting for another dish to be cooked. The burgers? All overcooked. No, we weren't asked how we wanted them cooked. Do you guys not ask? I thought that was a thing? At least they got the burgers orders the right way! My salmon? Smothered in tomato sauce, so all I tasted was sauce. The potatoes were like two sad little slivers, and the spinach was mushy and flavorless. At this point, I was convinced they just slap whatever they can find on the plate and call it a night. Just get the food out!Let's talk portions: $30 for salmon that was smaller than my two fingers. Not exaggerating. And that's not even the worst part--nothing on the menu was worth the price. The service? Awful. The speed? A joke. And the wine? Meh. With so many options, nope.$200 later, we were all disappointed and regretting life choices. We even stopped at Taco Bell on the way home. After spending $200 on an "upscale" dinner. I'd rather eat at the Cheesecake Factory for a fraction of the price.Don't think we're coming back. Social media hype? Overrated. This place is a bust.

What a complete disappointment. My wife made reservations for our anniversary that's the day after Christmas for 5pm.and she told them it was for an anniversary ahead of time and the girl seating us knew it. Well it went from bad to worse as soon as she tried to seat us right in the middle of a group of empty tables and booths. Come on really. Have us get bumped and disturbed our whole dinner. We got there at 4:45 the place was almost empty. Then our Brussels sprout appetizer came out burnt not charred Burnt. Then after waiting almost a hour while watching people get their dinners all around us that got there 30-40 minutes after us we finally got our dinners. I had filet medallions and ahi. The medallions looked like 2 burnt mini burger patties with garlic spread all over them, the ahi was so dry and over cooked it was awful. My wife's filet steak was over cooked, dry and not a bit of pink left in it. Both plates had to have set under a heat lamp for over 30 minutes. What a joke for over $200 dollars. Horrible service and food. We had such high hopes we would find a nice place for our anniversary so we could go back again. No way I would give this place another dime. I've given great reviews and hate to give bad ones but this place deserves a poor review from us.

One of our favorite (nicer) restaurant chains. Food and service is always consistent, the wine selections is massive! My new favorite is the Aerus(sp?) it's a delicious blend of cab and Zinfandel. The portions of their food is enough for sharing and it's quite reasonable. The wine prices is decent. A nice place for a date night, family dinner or even happy hour.

First time at Cooper's Hawk Winery for a business lunch. Upscale restaurant, lunch menu was reasonable. Place has a large outdoor seating space. I had the turkey burger with asian slaw, friend had the Caesar salad. James was our server and service was very good. Hard to review a winery if you don't drink wine and only had a turkey burger. Based upon the service and amenities would give it four stars. I probably won't be back, however, no reflection on the restaurant. If you enjoy wine at an upscale winery and restaurant, this one is for you. I just don't fit the demographics here.

Cooper's Hawk is always the right choice. We went on a really busy night without a reservation and it took forever to be seated. Our server Brittany was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and even moved our table when we asked. We were seated by the door and it was freezing. It took us an hour to receive our food which was a bit frustrating. I had the mahi burger, it was better the last time I was there. Hubs had the coconut rice with shrimp which was pretty tasty.

We came here on the recommendation of my son who lives here. We were not disappointed by the food. It was Christmas Eve and the place was jammed! I felt bad for our waitress Liz as she had to take all the bad attitudes from unhappy clients. The kitchen was backed up and it took about an hour to get our food. It did not make our dinning experience any less enjoyable. We ordered appetizers- calimari, Brussels sprouts (delicious and I don't like Brussel sprouts). And breschetta. All were so delicious I would order all of them again. Next was dinner. I had the short rib risotto delicious my daughter had the gnocchi pancetta without peas. Also delicious BUT the chicken piccata was next level delicious. Probably one of the best weve ever had. Ohhhh I forgot the drinks. We all had the PB& J old fashioned. OMG the best adrink I've had. We bought the the sweet red wine so we could try to make it at home. The restaurant had a very good vibe a little noisy but it was not unbearable. Que the desert. My son said we had to have the bannoffe pie, delicious, we had the recesses cookie with vanilla ice cream umm yummy, but the key lime pie stole the show in my mind. The key lime pie was NEXT level. Hands down In my opinion the best desert we had. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in this area.

Excellent experience every time we come to Cooper's Hawk. The food is unique and always tasty, no matter what we order. The service is always great! James was our server this past weekend, and he was charming and engaging. He picked up our silly vibe and ran with it; participating in our jovial back and forth banter. He was never an intrusion, yet always knew when we needed a refill or a plate removed. We NEVER had to look around for him, he was very attentive yet not disruptive, which says a lot. Our food was well presented, and delicious as always!

A group of us just finished an amazing experience at Coopers Hawk in Chandler. Amazing place. The whole dinner was perfect beginning to end. the service was very impressive! Our server; Jacklyn was fantastic. She was so attentive and engaging. She made the dinner experiences perfect. I can't say enough about her. We started with "Shaved Prime Sliders... a recommendation by our server.. they were so delicious! Thank you Jacklyn for the recommendation.. I trust the other items you suggested were just as incredible! Then the diner items were just as Amazing! We also enjoyed some suggested wine pairings and they were perfect. They have a fantastic selection of wines and a wine tasting bar! We even took a bottle home after the meal. We are now wine club members. The prices were very good as was the presentation! I highly recommend Cooper's hawk in Chandler it's located on the south side of Chandler Blvd west of the 101.. Too often people only leave reviews after having a bad experience but tonight I felt I needed to let others know about how nice this place was.
