Chef Steven treated us to a culinary experience like no other. We had a brunch set up for a couples trip in Scottsdale, and we are so glad we did. From the planning process, to the execution, and finally to flavor- Steven knocked it out of the park each step of the way. Extremely professional, super knowledgeable, incredibly well rounded, and just a fun person to be around. The food was incredible, completely custom catered to our needs. Cannot wait for our next experience.

Chef Steven prepared an incredible dinner for 4 guests for my mom's 60th birthday at an Airbnb in Sedona. He helpfully got on a call with me the week before to walk through my thoughts on the menu and was easy to communicate with. The night of, he and one server/assistant arrived punctually and quickly whipped the kitchen into a cooking frenzy. I was impressed by the printed menu, his setup in the kitchen (he pretty much brings everything he needs to cook), and his friendly demeanor (taking questions from the group throughout his preparation). Our appetizers were delicious (deconstructed elote and guacamole), but we were too full to enjoy the last couple courses (butternut squash/leek soup, Nepali chana salad, and snapper), so I'd recommend careful menu planning so as to not start too heavy. We were glad to have leftovers to enjoy for lunch the next day!

We were visiting Phoenix, AZ for a Bachelorette Weekend and we hired Chef Steven for our Taco Nite. He gave us an amazing quote and an abundance of food items to choose from.When he arrived at our vacation home for the weekend, he was on time and he was prepared, he came with everything he needed. We were enjoying some music and playing bachelorette games while we waited and he danced along with us while in the kitchen cooking. He was so cool and he fit right in, it felt like a friend or family was cooking for us. While we waited anxiously because the smell of the food during preparation was so good, he gave us fresh guacamole and chips and salsa. He made this amazing street corn appetizer that I don't think I can live without. WOW! The steak and pulled chicken were both cooked to perfection. We had corn tortillas, hard shell, pico de gallo, rice and beans the absolute works, and every topping your heart could desire. We also had this delicious shrimp salad that was so colourful and yummy to our tummies. Everything was seasoned to perfection and prepared just right. Let's not forget the unbelievably tasty margarita he made, I mean I was in heaven, I wanted to bring him back to Atlanta.Thank you for being so professional and responsive during the planning process. You displayed such a beautiful presentation of food and we had an absolute blast with you! I will definitely keep you in mind for future events. HE TRAVELS!! I hired Chef Steven to cook a dinner for two for my husband's 40th birthday. We have used probated chefs in the past and have loved the experience. He was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He respected my request for no onions in anything. He went a large list of courses to choose from. I wish there was more guidance/suggestions. It all seemed kinda of random and I couldn't tell what would go well with what. The food was all delicious but it did not flow well. The first three courses I chose were very sweet and it was too much sweet right after the other. It would have been nice to here suggestions. He did arrive on time and was very organized. But seemed hurried all night- while cooking and specially at the end when he was ready to leave. Which explains why the kitchen was such a mess the next day. I was also very surprised by the grocery bill. He quoted me a cost for cooking plus food. In the past with chef's, I got one flat rate. Then when they were done cooking, they left all of the extra groceries and food for us. We have had food for days after experiences like this. Chef Steven seemed like he threw everything away. Which was bothersome since I paid what seemed to be a lot for the grocery part. Pros- he was very nice, beautiful plating, on time, delicious food. Cons- expensive, wastes food, not enough guidance, there is a mess in your kitchen after.

We hired Chef Steven for my elopement and it was the best decision! He was easy to talk to, very responsible and accommodating to our needs. When we got back to the airbnb, he already had the appetizers ready to go. The food was beyond delicious!!!! Ingredients were the best quality. Everything fresh. Everything done from scratch in front on you. We had enough food to eat again the next day! After he was done, the kitchen was spotless. Having Chef Steven as part of our special day was perfect and if I had to do it again, I would 100% hire him back! Thank you for the amazing food and the memories. I still have dreams about the crostiniand the sauteed sweet chili shrimp.

My daughters gave me the wonderful gift of a formal dinner for two prepared in my home by Chef Steven. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. Chef Steven called me in advance to talk about the evening and my preferences, then followed up with email communications as we zeroed in on the final menu. In every area he was professional, organized, and personable: communications, timely arrival, set-up, prep, and clean-up. He brought all his own tools, including his top-quality spices, each imported from their country of origin. But, of course, the most important part of having a personal chef is the food. Let me say that everything Chef Steven served was AMAZING in both flavor and presentation. My very favorite was the Caribbean Spiny Lobster Crostini appetizer. I could have made a meal of that alone and been perfectly happy. But there was so much more, each course truly splendid in both quality and presentation. He brought his assistant April, and they were both easy-going, friendly, and accommodating. It was a pleasure having them in my home. When they departed, my kitchen was absolutely spotless. Chef Steven left all the leftovers for us, which my husband and I gleefully devoured the next day. I would highly recommend him for any event.

We had a wonderful meal with Chef Steven! From the very beginning he was great at communicating via email. I was planning a bachelorette party for 12 girls and wanted to do a special dinner at the house one night. We definitely made the right call with Chef Steven! He was so easy-going when it came to menu selection, listened to the few dietary restrictions we had, and was super personable and fun too! He had a beautiful set up with the menu printed for us and some decor/flowers, and the buffet style meal was perfect for our informal gathering. His cocktails were fabulous too AND he even cleaned up everything at the end! I would highly recommend Chef Steven to any group traveling to Scottsdale. Thank you Chef!!!

Chef Steven created a memorable tapas menu for our family's recent holiday gathering. Chef Steven created a menu with our family's needs in mind as our three-year-old granddaughter has multiple food allergies.He arrived with all the necessary supplies (dishes, pots and pans, an amazing array of culinary knives) including the food, set up shop in our kitchen, and created a flavorful meal for our family celebration. He took care of the clean-up so no one lifted a finger. Everyone loved this experience and wants Chef Steven for an encore performance soon.

Chef Steven is awesome! He worked closely with me to plan out a dinner for my best friend's bachelorette in Scottsdale and we absolutely loved it. He is professional and very nice. The theme for our dinner was Mexican food, but each dish was very unique (included a cactus salad, deconstructed elote and this wonderful tres leches with 3 kinds of chocolate - all items were a hit) and not like anything I've tried before. Delicious! He was also able to modify our main meat dish for vegetarian guests which was great. The food presentation was amazing as well! He also packed up our leftovers so we could enjoy them the next day and cleaned the kitchen. We had tres leches for breakfast and could not be happier :) Highly recommend if you would like a memorable food experience!

When had a wonderful Holiday dinner by Chef Steven on 12/30/22. He provided everything that was needed and he and Kiki did all the prep, cooking and clean up. We chose buffet style, 5 course. It was wonderful. Thanks Chef, could not have been better! We will see you again soon!!
