Stacey is an amazing trainer and coach. I met Stacey through a mutual friend. I didn't really do too much due diligence in assessing her previous reviews, accomplishments etc. Once you meet her, you don't need anyone else's word for it...she shines strength, positivity and inner/outer beauty. I work with her 2x/week. She is always attentive to me and I swear, we have never done the same workout...in 2 months. She's always changing it up. She also helps tremendously with my nutrition. Turned me onto KetOS which I love. She's not just 2 hrs/week...she's always present in my life. Available by phone or stop in at the gym for recommendations/suggestions. I can't recommend her enough. So happy in my decision to work with her.

Every time I leave Stacey, I feel physically and emotionally fabulous. Her energy and enthusiasm always gets me motivated to give my all. Her patience makes me feel comfortable and safe. She is so unique in the fact that she truly cares about her clients and builds authentic relationships. She is extremely knowledgable in different training styles which allows her to create sessions that fit your needs and wants. Absolutely love Stacey! I'm a single mother with not a lot of time and she gave me amazing workouts in a short amount of time to give me the results I needed! I have always struggled with the right foods to eat. She gave me a meal plan that was easy to stay on track with and wasn't just the same meals over and over!

I would highly recommend Stacey as a trainer, a motivator, a nutritionist, and a compassionate caring person. Stacey has a great attitude to that help to push you past your limits. She comes up with creative circuits that challenge and keep it fresh. She also knows how to deal with different injuries and sensitivities. I had a neck issue and she knew how to instantly accommodate that without sacrificing the hard workout. She keeps me laughing always, and adds a fun element to every workout to keep me motivated and working at my peak. I love how real she is and how she gets that this is a journey, not a quick fix.
