LOVE this place, good Vietnamese coffee is so hard to find in Phoenix! I love the Asian-based flavors that they offered. The rose lychee tea was unexpectedly incredible too! The drinks aren't too sweet, but you have the option to adjust as you like. Quite literally a hole in the wall, but service is great and the staff is all so kind!

Didn't realize how small of a place this was. You can only fit a few customer at a time so this is more of a grab and go. Tried the Blueberry matcha and the Pandan Espresso. The Blueberry matcha was great the first few sips but then the syrup ended up being a big overwhelming (too sweet). this is after shaking/stirring. The Pandan on the other hand was underwhelming with the pandan flavoring, the initial thought was it was another latte (nothing bad) but not what I was expecting.
