Cloud Souffle

We first tried Cloud Soufflé at Arrowhead Farmers Market. After having Japanese Soufflé pancakes in Vegas and loving them, we couldn't find anything like it here--until we found Cloud Soufflé! We tried them at the market, loved them, and decided to hire them for our Christmas party. Let me tell you, it was a hit! Everyone loved the pancakes.Grace, the owner, is super friendly and awesome to work with. She handled everything from setup to cleanup with no problem. Cloud Soufflé made our Christmas party unforgettable, and I'll definitely be hiring them again for future events. This is a dessert pop that shows up in various events such as farmer's markets and food festivals. They also do catering if you have a hankering for souffle cakes. They have 8 different flavors: original, matcha, brown sugar boba, mango, strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, and taro. The original costs $12, all the other flavors are $15 with taro costing $15. I got the taro which cost me $16.36. They make it fresh so it takes 15-20 minutes wait time till you get your order. The souffles are light and fluffy but a little messy. It's a nice, decadent treat. The service was straightforward and friendly.

These are Amazing!! Not overly sweet and so light and Fluffy!! Definitely a must try.
