I was referred here & cannot give enough praise. Diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy, this team fit me in & got to work almost immediately. Not just focused on the therapy, but adamantly concerned with the overall picture & put me in check making sure I got current with ALL aspects of my health. Dr. Garcia is incredibly knowledgeable & has a fantastic bedside manner. Cindy is also absolutely fantastic- not to mention the entire rest of the team from front desk to therapeutic massage- I absolutely love them all & look forward to most appointments (when they aren't adamant on the difficult areas LOL!). The care is personal. It is gentle and at your pace. And, I feel a significant difference just a few sessions in. Now that I've been a regular over a month- I am blown away at HOW much this has helped not just my neuropathy, but overall tension & years of personal neglect. I'm someone who is NOT a fan of touching, massage or chiro- their care has changed me for the better. I literally walk out feeling ten times what I did walking in. And their true, personable demeanor makes a difference rather than just being shuffled through. They hold me accountable & don't let me stray! Sure- there are hectic days where it may take a little patience in waiting, but they make sure to acknowledge your presence, always offer bottled water & do their best to keep up with the high demand. I've never waited over 15 minutes & every minute of therapy following is priceless. I can't say in a summary how much they've become a staple in my health. I highly recommend- they'll work with your insurance or offer CareCredit. And it's all worth it. You'd be lucky to find a facility or team as dedicated or thorough. 100%, I'll likely keep coming back after the initial round of set sessions because they've made me a believer in these less invasive practices. For someone who was entirely opposed- they've helped to change that mindset with the full intention of getting me back to my best health. I couldn't be more grateful. Even if I hate the vitamin shots- they still hear me & found a way to make sure that isn't an issue. MAJOR props for an all-around amazing team I can count on.

I originally came here because I was told about a free consultation, x-rays and adjustment. After the consultation and x-rays I let myself get talked into signing up for a treatment plan that, as long as I finished (36 visits), I wouldn't be charged for.After 11 visits, here's what I experienced:- an extremely pushy nurse who wouldn't let me say no to lidocaine injections 2x/week that were not helpful to me- front desk staff who was extremely unprofessional, having side conversations with other staff about personal things in front of clients- NO ONE consistently wearing masks, staff or clients- clients not able to be 6 feet apart while doing PT- staff not cleaning areas after clients used them- I was given a back brace I didn't ask for that my insurance apparently approved, but then received a bill from my insurance and was told they hadn't approved it before it was given to meI would have received more "free" things, but I ended my treatment plan. The doctor and I squared up for my copays plus the remainder of my deductible. I could have asked for a specific breakdown of what was covered under my deductible, but I just wanted to be done.Overall I wouldn't recommend this place.

I'm fairly sure the other reviews are bogus since those Yelpers don't reflect the actual state of the place.No one was masked. 450k deaths and no one cares to wear a mask. When I asked why they weren't wearing masks the front desk gave me a bit of an attitude and slapped one on, but she proceeded to tell me that the nurse refuses to wear one. My husband and I noped out.If you want to contract COVID this is where you can get it for free.

Beware their "massage club". I signed up after meeting massage therapist at Mesa Women's Expo. Massage therapist gave a great massage, and I signed up for once a month at $55 a month to be auto-withdrawn. Got a massage in August and September. Called to make an appointment for October, and was told therapist's schedule was booked and she would have to call me back to schedule me. No call back, so I called again. Same story, no call back. Of course they had my $55 which was withdrawn early in the month. I called in November to cancel the membership since they couldn't get me in. November's charge had hit my account as well. I sent in the cancellation paperwork, and November was refunded, but not October. Then my account was charged again in December and January! I called and they apologized and refunded December and January, but still refuse to refund October. I spoke with Dr. Forbes, the owner, who insists their "policy" is a 10-day notice of cancellation is required. He said they already went above and beyond by refunding November, and refused to refund October even though I never received the massage despite my efforts to make an appointment. He actually suggested I didn't make enough of an effort to make an appointment and that I should have called more times, although I had called twice and was told both times I would get a call-back to schedule. All my other doctor offices actually do call back when I leave a message, and I had every faith that they would call me back both times they told me they would. How many times was I supposed to call? How am I supposed to give a 10-day notice of cancellation when the charge comes out at the beginning of the month and I have no way of knowing they are not going to be able to provide the service they charged me for? $55 is not a huge sum of money, but it is significant enough for me to feel both betrayed and ripped off.

I was referred to see Cindy by a dear friend! She did not steer me wrong! A busy office with kind and helpful front desk which flows to the back to Cindy! From check in to check out, simple and quick process! Thank you for all you do during this busy and unusual time!

The nurse practitioner is the most awesome shooter in the west! Every time I get an injection she does a great job and it barely hurts. The whole staff here is great!

If you've ever wondered what an enjoyable Drs. visit might be like, check out CHS! As soon as I got started on regular treatments I started calling this place the "Disney Land" of chiropractic care! Not only are all of the workers here kind and helpful, most have a great sense of humor so my goofy sidebars usually make someone laugh. Above all my treatmenrs are thorough and my questions get answered and that's important to me. Now I've just got to write my facebook testimonial so I can get my free massage lol.

Dr. Jaxe is an excellent chiropractor who takes his time and listens. His staff is caring and supportive and I'm so glad he was recommended to me by another chiropractor. I never feel rushed and the office vibe is always positive. I really enjoy working with each staff member.

New faces everytime I go. I dont even bother remembering names. The turn over is crazy. Why is that? No answer. No explanation.
