Churchill's Fine Cigars

This is everything a a local cigar store ought to be. Very well stocked Humidor, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming to new and old friends. If you aren't sure what to get they can help you. If you are looking for that hard to find stick, they likely have it, or will get it. There are places considerably closer to me and I still drive six plus miles further to come here.

While their section is good. The staff is well rude and very unprofessional and I uninviting. I came in no one to greeted me or even ask if I needed anything. Then went to pay and he assumed I was taking it home. I said no I will smoke it here. He seemed very annoyed. There is not much seating, In fact the chair that was available had rips and holes and well look like it had been though WW3. Having been to the other Churchill locations this one is by far the worst . Several people came in and ask me if work here because the person that worked here had nothing to do with people walking. They only have beer which is ok I was not ask if wanted anything. And I am pretty sure this is a Arizona Beverage Control Board violation the employee was carrying. I don't think that a person serving alcohol can't carry firearms. Anyway very disappointed especially compared to the other Churchill's in the vall.

Control your clientele, way to loud and not relaxing at all. Sticks are overpriced and stale .This should be an environment to chill and relax. Instead, it's loud , nerve racking and annoying.

Nice staff. Good airflow. Had a great time just talking with other patrons. Chairs probably like use a little attention.

Great place to sit and have a cigar while having your favorite libations. The humidor is well stocked and the selection is quite impressive. After you select your stick you can sit at one of the many tables and watch your favorite sports team or sit up at the bar and admire the selection of bourbons and other sprits. The service is second to none and if you need a little help selecting the right cigar they are more then ready to help you out.

Nice selection of cigars! My dad loved the pack I got him which was extremely reasonably priced!

This is a fine cigar bar with a big humidor and large selection of fine cigar and a nice lounge to sit in and enjoy the conversation with good drama free people

Excellent customer service. We came to this location to buy a cigar for a friend of ours. We are not educated on all the different types and qualities. The Person attending the store showed us few cigars that may fit our friends needs. He took his time and did not rush us. If you ever need a cigar this location gives good customer service and has a wide selection.

My favorite cigar shop in Phoenix. Only one reason it's not 5 star is the sub-par ventilation (described below)Great cigar selection:- all the selves are completely full- back stock (extra boxes) are stacked on upper shelves- they even have some cigars stored in the back room, as their shelves are full. So, If you don't see what you want, ask whoever's working and they may have some in the back.Good Drink Selection:- regular drinks: various types of waters, sodas and Snapple - beer in bottles and on tap (not cheap, as this isn't an actual bar - so paying a little extra)Great Lounges & clientele:- super friendly folks that include first time visitors and regulars- diverse set of regulars, including students, musicians, business owners, entrepreneurs, business professionals and corporate executives. - two lounge areas: - the lounge room with two seating areas, leather couches & chairs and big screen TV - seating area in the rear of the store with 7-9 leather chairs- there's almost always people in both lounge areas, which make it a great place to stop in for a smoke and conversation. - The lounges are especially busy on weekdays between 4 and 7, when people stop in on their way home from workThe ONLY reason it's not 5 stars:- The ventilations is not adequate for a store that's this popular- It gets smokey when there are more than 5 people in the lounge areas- After many years of constant complaints about the ventilation system it remains unchanged

What's not to love about this shop? Great cigar selection with great prices, very knowledgeable and friendly manager, and two seating areas - one with a TV and one geared for conversation with friends.
